2020 BMW 740 review
Bought 730d xdrive msport September 2020, its a great car and I cant find fault with it, it was involved in an accident in December 2020 and I had the Audi flag ship A8 and that was a complete disappointment.

I recently took my 2006 BMW 330xi to BMW of Rockville for a recall repair, and overall, I had a very positive experience. From the moment I pulled into the service bay, the process was smooth and efficient. A technician approached my vehicle almost immediately, confirmed my appointment, and directed me to the waiting area. I arrived about 10 minutes early, and right on schedule, my service advisor, Eric, came to get me. He clearly explained the expected duration of the repair and even offered a courtesy ride, which I appreciated (though I declined). The repair was completed almost exactly within the timeframe Eric provided—no surprises or delays. What really stood out was the transparency of their inspection process. The technician sent a detailed video along with a full explanation of recommended repairs, and Eric followed up with a complete quote. The recommendations aligned with the multi-point inspection findings, which included items like front struts and a rear guibo . Importantly, I was told these repairs were not urgent. Even better—there was zero pressure to move forward with additional work that day. That level of honesty and professionalism goes a long way. Overall, the experience was efficient, transparent, and customer-focused. I’ve owned this car for 2 years and payed it off and I want to say that this is the best car I have bought, The performance and the high build quality also very pleasing seats! After to my prior experience, I was contacted by Mr. Herman and he apologized for the experience. He listened to my complaint and corrected the situation. Mr. Herman was very apologetical and understanding about why I was upset. He worked diligently with Danny to find a deal for me. I came in on yesterday evening I met with Adam and Danny to find a vehicle. Danny found the perfect SUV and had all of the paperwork ready upon my arrive. Came to the dealership interested in a test drive and purchase of a used car I found on Carfax. It was exactly the vehicle I wanted, and it was in exactly the condition the listing described. The price they gave me was exactly what was listed online. The test drive and purchase process was relatively quick, and very easy with a lot of digital technology instead of the endless paper forms like the days of old. The office was clean and comfortable. They gave us significantly more for our trade-in than KBB estimated. Overall no complaints, they are a straight shooting dealer. If you like the price they list online, and you like the vehicle in the condition listed, go talk to them and buy it. Can't get any easier than that.

It’s such a good car you can drive it forever leave it in the cold store it for months and you will never have an engine problem if you take care of it except some interior electrical problems just because of its age for example before mine was repaired the steering wheel and seat would move by themselves but overall very fast good gas milage on the highway very comfortable and a surprisingly big trunk overall 9 out of 10
