Great customer care. I was met at drive up and gave my purpose for visit. Service specialist took everything from there. A consultant kept me informed as service was performed. My wait was made pleasant with a full coffee bar, snacks and water.

I had a 2018 all black challenger, and decided the color just wasn't for me. Nick Barbera gave me a smoking great deal on my trade in for a beautiful 2020 Challenger in indigo blue. It has a cinnamon red leather interior, and I am very happy with this car. Hats off to all the good people at Auto Web Expo in Plano Texas!!! Great attitude and huge knowledge of all things Lexus. Good communicator and worked with me to get my scheduled test drive and had everything ready. Bought 730d xdrive msport September 2020, its a great car and I cant find fault with it, it was involved in an accident in December 2020 and I had the Audi flag ship A8 and that was a complete disappointment.

Great service, ready when promised. Not the nicest BMW dealership I?ve been in, but not the worst either. Ranked- Grapevine, Plano, Arlington, Ft. Worth. Everyone was really nice though and of course they do have a lot of great cars to browse. German manufacturers make the best cars and BMW is the best of the Germans.

I saw a 2014 Silverado LTZ that had all the features I had been looking for. I set my mind to drive up and look at the truck (I opted not to transfer as I had family in the area I intended to visit). The hold process is GREAT. It's a quick click and I knew the vehicle was going to be there after I drove the 3 hours to look at it. I worked with Chris Biggs and he was great. We talked options on the truck and for financing (they beat my credit union's offer). He was incredibly friendly to be around and my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed talking to him as we waited on our financing offers. He was thorough in making sure we had all the facts and options. If I had anyone in the area looking to buy, I would send them to Chris in a heartbeat. Then I know they'd have a good experience and be completely taken care of.

Very please with the car. I had a 2018 530d which I thought was very quite but this is just the next level. I look forward to longer journeys. The torque in the car is addictive and so smooth. I just wish I could sit in the back!

I went to buy a cash car. I had a price range to follow. I looked at a Lexus 07 LS460. I was helped out in getting a deal for this car by Jesse. I had some some request to be addressed first, to make me feel better about the deal. I saw they where all made. Maybe not to a high standard but they were done. The whole process felt easy with no pressure. I never believed Jesse was playing games with me. Ever. All in all he sold me a car I wanted and at the price I wanted. What more can you ask for? It's a 07. It's got issues. Yes. It's a used car but the buying experience was never an issue. Would I go back to buy another one? Yes. Will I tell a friend? Yes.
