He was an exceptional sales person throughout the entire experience. We quickly got to a very good price with no pressure or haggling and he walked me through all of my lease options. I really appreciated that as it was my first lease. Joseph was very responsive to all of my questions and requests and never hesitated to provide excellent service. This was literally the best, most smooth car buying experience I’ve ever been through. I had to drive about 40 miles to their dealership because they had the perfect car in stock, on the drive there I called them to ask if I can start the process now, in order to cut down time, since my drive was over an hour. I purchased the vehicle certified preowned with 48,000 miles on it. Soon after purchasing I experienced a three month spurt of reliability issues where the car went in and out of the shop. Here are the problems experienced oil leak from gasket, fuel injector failed, alternator pulley and belt were making a shining noise, battery, software issue (required towing). Then after all of this was fixed I went 10,000 without issues. The last problem experienced was an AC condenser leak where hot air blew from vents. This was replaced under warranty. So with all of that I do enjoy driving the car as it's as close you'll get to luxury and performance in one category. I'm 6'9" and fit perfectly in the car.

After owning two 8 cylinder BMW's, l was skeptical about buying a 7 series with a turbo charged six cylinder. I am surprised by how fast this car is from zero to sixty. I love the new interior and exterior of the all new 2016 7 series. The tech is awesome. I expect that this will be the most reliable 7 series ever.
