I was informed about my car diagnostic with phone calls and a video, also they were able to explain everything in a way a could understand and they were very polite.

Buying was stressful and vehicle was poorly detailed and prepared. Was very hard to get extra set of keys.

The car is excellent. All you need to do is drive a BMW 750i, and you will not want to drive any other car or SUV - there is no comparison.

There is plenty of legroom in the front and back. Memory seats are great. Very smooth drive. Accelerates and corners like a luxury sports car should!

From the moment I phoned the pre-owned vehicle department and spoke with Gary I was impressed with his professionalism. We had been to several dealerships and had a few bad experiences. We scheduled the appointment to look at the vehicle we were interested, and the moment we pulled up the vehicle was waiting for us to test drive. We were met by Ryan who was delightful and went with us on the test drive. Ryan explained all the gadgets and certainly was knowledgeable. After the test drive we were so impressed we spoke with Gary the sales manager about our next steps. Gary was not at all pushy and left us with much to consider. We knew then that they were who we wanted to work with moving forward in making a decision on a major purchase. The following day we met with Jordan who assisted with the paperwork. She too was on the "A" team at the dealership. We can not say enough about how much we appreciated the entire experience at Mike Castrucci in Milford! This is a very comfortable vehicle. However, the plastic on the driver's seat, covering the seat 💺 controls will detach from the seat. Nevertheless, it's a wonderful automobile to own.

I get excited when I drive this car. A very comfortable ride. The advance technology put everything right at your fingertips. It let's you know when something wrong. From the hand gesture display to the massaging seats truly make for a relaxing ride. The turbo twin engine gives you plenty of power for those long rides. I haven't found anything bad to say about the BMW 750i. This is the car to have.

Went in to have car serviced. We had bought and extended warranty and all went well. Service Rep was very good. He was very courteous and knowledgeable.

Less expensive than the Mercedes, every bit as nice, & more conservative..I don't require attention, just luxury, speed, handling & comfort..which the Beemer delivers in spades. Very understated elegance, it's styling will stand the test of time. Why buy an Audi when u can get a BMW or a Mercedes for the same price? Why buy a Mercedes when u can get a BMW for 10k less?

Got one of these gem for $20k (2017 750i with over $20k worth of options). At this price, this is worth every penny. Got small cosmetic things to fix and tablet/remote control missing that I ordered. Got about $12k worth of repair in 110k miles, so reliability is ok. Fun to drive, not an Alpina B7 or V12 but still plenty of power and can smoke almost any xxxxxxx that want to "race". I recommend getting one as this N63TU2 motor is quite reliable and fun to have. Enjoy guys!!!

I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation along with a complete vehicle inspection and the scheduling process was a breeze. Upon arrival, Carlos Terrazas-Alvarado, my service advisor, greeted me in less than sixty seconds. He then provided a thorough rundown on what to expect during my visit. During my stay I was impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and how professional the staff was. After about an hour, Carlos came to me and walked me through the results of the inspection utilizing great customer service skills coupled with his vast knowledge of the Nissan product. This is a great car, and the M Package is well worth the money. Having owned two 750's before the 2017 that lacked that feature, I can say it makes a big difference in handling and performance.
