They are very professional, and efficient - moving me in, processing and out when dropping my car for service. The only thing I was a tad disappointed with, was the car wash at the end of my service (I always look forward to that little perk) after paying for service, it's a nice perk, and ends the experience with a most positive feel. After mentioning I was excited to see clean car after service, I noted that it was quickly run through the car wash (no wiping of the remaining insect/bird droppings and no wiping inside the car, and no vacuuming of the trunk which really needed it. Other than that, the car seems to be serviced fine.

I absolutely loved my service from Zeigler of Orland Park. I drove 2hours away from the the location and received excellent service. Grant and Colleen were exceptional and had all my paper work ready for me to sign. When I test drove the car Colleen made sure I had a full tank of gas before leaving. Definitely would recommend everyone I know to this location.

My boyfriend and I had an appointment with Zack Johnson at 11am today and we arrived early and was met by Zack. We proceeded to have a seat at his desk and advised what vehicle we were interested in 2022 Hyundai Tuscon SEL. Zack was very knowledgeable, respectful and courteous. Sold my 2015 640i coupe for a 2020 840i. Couldn't be happier even though it doesn't have a popup roof, or CD player. The speed blue/cognac combo is eye popping. I haven't ever seen another 840 one on the road. Looking forward to changing the run flats for premium radial all-weather tires. Very quick with the 335 HP 6 cylinder in sport mode, & runs great on 89 octane....

I never talked to them , but they did call me when I wasn't available. There was no follow up on either side.

Had an i8. Moved to 840 ix coupe for AWD and all wheel steer. Classy cruiser. Unique availability so won’t see a lot on the road making it more desirable. Sleek style like Aston Martin and amazing interior comfort. Handle great in bad weather with all season tires very fast and 0-60 anazzingly competitive. Best bmw of the 7 we’ve had GreT value and 50k less than M Comp edition. A lot of car for 95k.
