Adrian took great care of me and my car. He kept me updated on the progress of getting the diagnosis as to what was wrong. Sold my 2015 640i coupe for a 2020 840i. Couldn't be happier even though it doesn't have a popup roof, or CD player. The speed blue/cognac combo is eye popping. I haven't ever seen another 840 one on the road. Looking forward to changing the run flats for premium radial all-weather tires. Very quick with the 335 HP 6 cylinder in sport mode, & runs great on 89 octane....

The service adviser and tech/mechanic went above and beyond in servicing my X3. They found a small glitch that had triggered my check-engine light, then did some complimentary upgrades and updates I hadn?t even known about. Wonderful.

Our sales rep at BMW Mckinney was the very capable Mr. Steven Saroyan. He was nice and professional to deal with. He was very transparent with the way the process works and showed us the best deal we could go with. Car shopping is not something most people enjoy doing. I don’t pretend to speak on behalf of most people, but at least that’s what I think. I want to thank Mr. Saroyan for making the experience not terrible 😄😄. One other note, all the people in the dealership were very pleasant and friendly. We didn’t even make it inside the building before one of the employees greeted us with a smile and said hello. We were asked several times if we were doing OK and if we were being helped. And for those of you who like snack bar, there’s a good one here. It may be a small thing, but I do enjoy a well stocked and complementary snack bar.

I was looking for a car in September. I drove an Atlas as a used car dealership. So we decided to just check them out. Ethan McDonald who took us on was fantastic. I went to buy a cash car. I had a price range to follow. I looked at a Lexus 07 LS460. I was helped out in getting a deal for this car by Jesse. I had some some request to be addressed first, to make me feel better about the deal. I saw they where all made. Maybe not to a high standard but they were done. It's a 07. It's got issues. Yes. It's a used car but the buying experience was never an issue. Would I go back to buy another one? Yes. Will I tell a friend? Yes. Had an i8. Moved to 840 ix coupe for AWD and all wheel steer. Classy cruiser. Unique availability so won’t see a lot on the road making it more desirable. Sleek style like Aston Martin and amazing interior comfort. Handle great in bad weather with all season tires very fast and 0-60 anazzingly competitive. Best bmw of the 7 we’ve had GreT value and 50k less than M Comp edition. A lot of car for 95k.

I highly recommend this place. the entire process took less than 45 minutes and i drove my new car home.
