Visited to test drive through Costco Auto program. Monica was prompt in connecting and arranging a test drive. Since she was occupied with a customer, Olya assisted. She was very professional throughout the test drive and purchase of a 330i. Negotiated a fair deal and the following day Olya drove 30mins to our house to sync our phones with the car and demonstrate the digital functions of the car! Great experience from beginning to end

I have just leased a 330i with the internet sales manager Sami Asadourian, and I am truely happy with the process and the final deal I got. I am from the Bay area and I have visited numerous dealers in the Bay area before coming to the new century BMW. I even went to another dealer in person in LA before coming to the new century, not to mention I have called many before flying to LA. Among all the experiences, I have to say that Sami was the most honest, transparent, and respectful salesperson that I met. I went directly to him and asked about the resulidual rate, the money factor, and the MSRP, etc. He gave me all the numbers without a doubt, and on top of that, a great satisfying discount. It was pleasant to do business with Sami, and I definitely will lease my next car with him in 3 years.

Dealership service can sometimes feel like rolling the dice. That has not been my experience here, largely because of Adrian Kim. This was not my first visit, and of course, another random issue decided to pop up. Cars have a sense of timing like that. I texted Adrian, and as usual, he handled it calmly and thoroughly. No back and forth, no confusion, just clear updates and actual follow through. He pays attention to the small details, which honestly is what separates good from great. The whole process feels organized and respectful of your time. The loaner was a brand new 2026 model, spotless and ready to go. Almost made me forget why I was there in the first place. Service visits are never something you look forward to, but working with Adrian makes it surprisingly painless. If you are coming to BMW Buena Park, do yourself a favor and ask for him. He makes owning a BMW feel the way it probably should feel.

We met Sami Asadourian when we went to BMW New Century looking for an X3. We had initially looked at a loaner special to lease, and Sami took us for a test drive. After the test drive, we realized the car doesn’t have one of the options we absolutely wanted. Sami was very helpful in locating another vehicle that has all of the options we wanted. After a couple of hours of negotiation and finally came to an agreement on the terms, we went to look at the car – only to find out it doesn’t have something else we wanted. We were all tired and decided we should just go home. Sami told us he will find the car we both wanted, down to each options and packages. Boy did he come through! He called us the next day to let us know he found the car we wanted. To top it off, it’s an even better car – 2019, instead of 2018, and a better monthly payment! When we got to the dealer, the car was washed and ready to go. All we had to do was take care of paperwork. He made the process seamless, and made sure we wouldn't have to spend too much time there on our second day. All in all, we are very happy with our new car and very grateful for Sami’s dedication in finding us the perfect car. We would definitely go back to Sami for our future car needs, and we would highly recommend him to our family & friends, and to anyone shopping for a new BMW.

Awesome experience with Adam very attentive and non judgemental. He was very detailed with the contact and very knowledgeable. However, Jesus who works the shop that sells hats and keychains unmeasurably rude on so many levels. I put a BMW hat on hold and it was 1 min and 30sec remaining he said extremely rude Its closed and I have somewhere to be I proceeded to plead and say it was on the register on hold with the cashier who was ringing up a customer. But remember the doors were not closed yet and they were still helping someone. My sister and I just bought 150k in cars that day and didnt even get I AM SORRY come back tomorrow .. just I have somewhere to be.. From the front to the back was exceptionally amazing but Jesus if I had not already looked at a car, we would have went somewhere else. Five star everything. - 5 stars for the store representative.

I recently traded in my previous M4 competition and purchased a new double Individual M4 Competition xDrive, and the entire process was smooth, professional, and enjoyable from start to finish. My sales advisor, Bassel, was fantastic to work with. He was honest, straightforward, and extremely knowledgeable. There was never any pressure, and he made sure all of my questions were answered while helping guide me through the process in a very transparent way. Paul, the General Sales Manager, personally oversaw the transaction and made sure everything went smoothly. It was clear he truly cares about the customer experience and about doing things the right way. Jeff from the used car department was also great to work with. He provided a very fair offer on my previous M4 and was friendly, accommodating, and easy to work with throughout the appraisal process. Ryan in the finance department was incredibly helpful as well. Both he and Bassel stayed late to make sure everything was completed properly so I could drive home in my new car that same day. Their willingness to go the extra mile really meant a lot. Overall, this was one of the best dealership experiences I’ve had. The team was professional, respectful, and genuinely focused on helping me achieve my goal. I had been reviewing your cars on your website for about a month. I had favored a 2023 X2 on the site. I tracked it for about a month. When I finally had some time I decided to come test drive it. When I arrrived with my friend, we walked the lot looking at all the different cars. We were greeted by Alex Dimov while looking for cars. I told him that I was looking for a particular car and he pointed it out right away. He asked me if I wanted to test drive it? and away we went. While we were driving we had very pleasant conversation. He is extremely easy to talk to and he made me feel comfortable. Once we got back we decided to explore maybe purchasing the car. We sat down talked business, did a lil negotiating of price and a deal was made. I have to say Alex made the whole transaction pretty much painless. It felt more like a conversation than a negotiation. He knows how to talk to people and make them feel comfortable in what some might say a is a stressful situation. I didn?t feel any stress or being uncomfortable during the purchase process. Once a price was agreed upon Alex introduced me to the finance guy?. Sorry I forgot his name. He was also very easy to talk to and kept it stress free. While I was with him, Alex had the car detailed and fueled. When i finished with finance Alex walked me over to my new car handed me the key and took pictures for me. He was very helpful in explaining how to operate the car. Lots of bells and whistles I never used before. Alex was so patient teaching me. He actually help me set up the Apple CarPlay and a few other things. He let me know if I had any other questions or concerns I could call him for help. The next day he did text me to make sure I was ok and to see if I needed any assistance. I feel lucky and blessed he was my Salesman. Such a pleasant, stress free and almost fun experience because of Alex.

Adrian made the effort to get my car done. We ran into a few snags however Adrian made everything good again. He goes above and beyond.
