BMW of Wesley Chapel review
Friendly, helpful people from the start. They reached out, scheduled a test drive quickly and I wound up buying the car. The experience felt mildly 'sales-y' but not nearly what I have felt in the past. They let me know my options, worked to get to the number I was comfortable with and did not try to oversell the options at the end. My only complaint is they could have been the first to point out the minor damages to the windshield but for I noticed them during the test drive but it was clearly in the Carfax report they provided. Overall a good experience.

Started my trade-in with another dealership that my wife and I disappointedly walked away from. We noticed a Mercedes at Bentley down the street from the other dealership and called and spoke with Ihsan. We laid out what we were looking for on our trade in and Ihsan was able to work within reason on getting us close to what we wanted, with no hassle or games that some experience. The presentation of the car for the test drive was excellent, the communication was great, and the sales process was a smooth and pressure free as a buyer could ask for. Jeff and William are key reasons why I came back after my visit 2 weeks ago when a pretty unfavorable visit to buy out lease and treatment by Rex Moonshower. He didn’t want to abide by terms of lease and added extra charges that his salesperson Megan could not explain. He told me is I didn’t like it I could go to tamarin trail or Punta location. 2020 BMW 840 Gran Coupe review
I purchased the 840 grand coupe over the 5 or 7 series BMW. The sporty style is a big plus. The technology is the same on all the vehicles. For now I am very pleased. Time will tell.
