Vel is a great sales guy. Very responsive and will work with the customer. We drove from MI with a trade in and they honored their offer. There were a couple minor things like steering wheel was more worn than we would have expected given the nice condition of the rest of the car. Small headliner plug interior for convertible top was missing. Other than that it was a smooth transaction.

Anthony Gianocaro was very helpful for this service appointment that I had. He was thorough in explaining the process of what needed to be done. I had a nail in my tire and I had the tire and wheel protection. He made sure that when I made my appointment that they had those tires in stock when I came to my appointment. He actually confirmed with me a day or two ahead of time that if you order the tires, and actually the day of the appointment confirmed the tires were there and ready for installment. Anthony also made sure to explain that since my wheels were very clean that there would be some lubricant applied in the process of installing the new tire to the wheel which could make a mess. Between Anthony and the technician that installed the tires, they made sure that the lubricant that was used to install the wheels was cleaned up really well. Anthony also made sure that my wheel locks were returned back to my glove box where they were stored. I really appreciate the level of customer service that I received for this appointment. 10/10 Excellent!

I bought a used car that was highly sought after, based on it having only 2k miles per year and it's price point. Initially when I responded to the dealership on three separate occasions (driving 60 miles for each trip), I walked away with dissatisfaction each time. He promised to hit a home run and did so after I informed him that he needed to work harder to assist me as a prospective buyer on a strict budget. Fortunately, to make a long story short, Mr. Frank fought for me and the GM accepted my offer and a deal was made. WOW, I wish this could have been done on the first day rather than the fourth day when I showed up to the dealership. This is why I gave a four star rating. Been going to Norman in Service with BMW of Asheville since before 2011.... the fact that he is still there, let alone promoted to management, is a testament to the staff and management policies. Consistency is key in any business. Going above and beyond is what makes a service department excellent. Patrick took on Norman's old desk and clients without a hitch... even us high maintenance type of people!!!! His mechanical knowledge and experience puts you at ease with all those "under the hood thingamajiggies." He listens to what we have to say, even though my wife and I have little more to offer than descriptions of smells..... and the barrage of bingbongs that mean very little to us... some how the car is perfect again~ Thanks Patrick!!!!! and mr bossman Norman... Management is easier with a great staff.... but a great staff comes from good leadership. Cheers and Merry Christmas!
