He was extremely kind hearted and welcoming, as I would hope. We were on the hunt for a hybrid X5 with the head's up display which was deceptively difficult to find. We live in Brooklyn and called around and finally connected with Vince who informed us he had a hybrid in the queue and helped us build out the car to the exact specifications we wanted. The actual purchasing process was incredibly smooth thanks to Kursad and Noha. After a not so great experience with a dealership in Westchester, it was a huge relief to have such a pleasant and friendly experience with this team. My fiancée and I are extremely busy with work and family and we don't have a lot of time to spare.  When we initially looked at BMW of Catonsville's inventory we didn't see the options we were looking for.  We let Steve know what options were important and Steve took it upon himself to look in BMW's inventory to find several cars that fit the criteria.  We identified the car and agreed on price and as they say the rest is history.
