The folks were very cordial and helpful. They have been in business a very long time and are conveniently situated on US 69 Hwy. I regret that the color of the interior wasn't what I was wanting.

We recently purchased the X5 xDrive 40i and we love it. I was very surprised at how comfortable and sporty it is. The staff at BMW of McKinney made this experience so much better than we expected. I was dreading test driving and going to dealerships. Danny Nguyen was our sales rep, he was very professional and knowledgeable. There are so many features and settings on new vehicles and he did a great job showing us how to navigate through the menus. He was helpful and patient throughout the entire process. Alex Clifton (finance) guided us through the purchase and signing of the documents. He answered our questions and he made the process less stressful. He was very organized and has a great personality, helped us feel at ease. Saleem and Isaiah are 2 of the geniuses who helped me navigate the technology of our new “computer on wheels”. Saleem was very knowledgeable with all the apps; including setting up my BMW id on my iPhone. I also want to recognize the ladies at check in, they were friendly and helpful. I just walked in and asked if I could test drive and she connected me with Danny. We highly recommend BMW of McKinney and we are so happy with our new car!
2024 BMW i5 review
This car is simply amazing. It's my second electric car and my first BMW. The i5 gives me what I never knew I was missing from my previous car (Tesla Model 3). First, the comfort and silence of the i5's cabin is significantly better than anything I've driven before. It takes the bumps so comfortably and I love how my trips on the interstate are surprisingly quiet inside. The styling is gorgeous, too. Classic BMW sedan look, brought a few years into the future. Great balance between aggressive and refined. Inside, I love the giant display. Everything's there in sight, without having to switch back and forth between screens. Plus, I have just the right amount of physical controls so I don't have to use the touch screen all the time. Finally, the performance is incredible. I've got several modes to choose from, to fit my driving for the trip. Sport is obviously my favorite, especially with the sounds that are included! This was definitely the most expensive vehicle I've bought, but overall, I have no regrets... fit, finish, and feature-set are all top notch.
