My purchase was remote and she acted as my eyes and ears, providing a trustworthy assessment of the vehicle I selected as if it were her own. She answered questions, made a video and was readily available to answer questions leading up to and through the purchasing process. The shipping process was seamless with a fast turnaround time. Armin H. was great on the purchasing side of the process. Extremely detailed and clear on cost, warranties, etc. All around great team to work with!

The dealership has streamlined their processes from inquiry to delivery, to their credit. The dealership had a couple issues to handle early on, but did so, and it made for a good outcome. I'll add, that I do conclude the leadership and BMW should revert to their prior policy of providing loaners to customers such as me for service appointments.

Awesome power, handling and impeccable look. Performance is unmatched, best high end EV in the market. Very spacious and roomy all around. Kids love it for long trips. Like every EV you have to monitor your mileage map your routes for charging stations on long routes.

The service rep, Endya, was very helpful. I brought my car in for an oil change and had other concerns. She listened to my concerns and made sure they were addressed. Marilyn made all the necessary arrangements?with a smile on her face?the hallmark of a professional. Alejandro Navarro, the General Manager of BMW of El Paso, was exactly what this semi-hysterical BMW owner needed when she experienced a leak in her run-flat tire. His expertise and calm demeanor reminded me why I buy BMW. I am an avowed BMW owner ? having bought three in the last 40 years. When you have professionals such as Alejandro Navarro and Marilyn Corona on your BMW team, you are in a good place.

Everyone did a great job! I came in with a low battery and a leaking valve cover gasket. Project was completed quickly. Service advisor took into account that that was my only vehicle, and helped to push the project along with efficiency.
