Purchased a used car here. Got it for great deal. Process was pretty easy. I never felt like I was getting any run around or anything. Overall was good experience. Plus free coffee snacks and drinks while you’re waiting around.

I love this car, it has all the bells and whistles of a luxury car and a 300 mile range, full electric. I had the level 2 charger hooked up at my house and haven't been to the gas station since! This car does things I didn't even know it does--it can parallel park itself, pull out of a parking position by itself by using your phone (if you are parked too close to other vehicles to open door or if the car is in a muddy spot). After driving up to my gate callbox a few times (the clicker doesn't work so I have to enter the code) the car noticed I rolled the window down at that location, and asked if I'd like to have it automatically lower when we approach (which I do)! I love being able to put my foot under the hatchback if my hands are full and the trunk opening automatically. I was worried about running out of a charge, and granted, I haven't gone on any long trips yet, but charging overnight at home works perfectly fine for day to day usage. It is an expensive car, but I got a great deal leasing it and I think it's worth it. Slightly less trunk space than the x5 which I had before this, but as my kids have grown and moved out, I don't really need it as much. Surprising amount of torque--my husband was impressed.

Recently purchased a GMC AT4 from Thompson’s GMC in Springfield. David had his work cut out for him as I had just left another car lot feeling insulted and rather upset. However David blew me away with his kind personality and willingness to sell me a truck that made me feel like I was not only getting a good deal on but I enjoyed the experience as well. I met PJ and Peter in the sales department initially. Tammy Brady, sales assistant and Tom Mignosi, one of the dealership managers, stepped in next and carried me through the rest of the purchase process process. Tammy went "above and beyond", trying to find the right color combination/features within my price range. She picked me up and dropped me off, to come in and complete the transaction and used her personal time after hours, going over the vehicle features and operation with me. Gregory Romaine in the finance department was kind and very helpful. I am beyond impressed and pleased with the professionalism and service of this team. Even Martin Reyes who has worked in the paint and Body shop for 10 years stepped up unsolicited to help the team close the sale by dropping what he was doing to switch out the grill on my car,so I wouldn't have to make a special trip back in.

It was not painful as I thought it would be. The rep Michael Rossello was very helpful and knowledgeable, took his time to show me the car, I love my new car. It looks beautiful. I think the selling process was easy and they tried to help me as much as they can. I think it was a fair price as well as fair price for what I traded in. BMW is highly recommended. I love my car.
