Normally car shopping is a chore. No one enjoys it. The pressure to buy. The haggling. Jason was our client advisor and WOW. Very knowledgeable of the cars. Not pushy. Went above and beyond to get us all of the info we needed. Again, NOT pushy whatsoever. It felt like we were just hanging out with a friend and talking about cars. He helped us find the exact car we were looking for and got us a great deal too. We are looking forward to coming back and purchasing another vehicle from him at BMW of Fairfax.

On 10/1/25 I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and my sales person was Mr. Harold Shelby. I have been buying autos for over 50 years, but never had a SUV with all the modern electronics this vehicle has. The negotiation process went smooth and I was satisfied with the trade in amount for my old vehicle. Mr. Shelby explained everything thoroughly and took the time to give me a crash course on how to operate all the controls. This has been the best auto buying experience for me in half a century. Icing on the cake, I received a full tank of gas. When it's time for my grandkids to buy their first car, I will be giving Mr. Harold Shelby a Call.

The service advisor, Candace, was very good. I came in without an appointment for a battery issue. It was done within the time I was told and I was kept up to date on the progress of the replacement.

I had a great experience at this dealership when looking for a new car. Went window shopping and ended up leaving with a great deal on a new car. Krishma Fahim helped me narrow down on a car I wanted and provided multiple pricing options to fit my needs. She was also very knowledgeable about the different cars, and was very personable the entire time. Even when at the last minute I decided I wanted a different color for the car, she went the extra mile to make sure I was able to get it. Overall great experience. This dealership leaves the other ones in the dust. Thanks to Rick, Alan, Zen and the lady in the tag department. They made my buying experience seamless and quick. They did not waste my time. They did what they said that they were going to do. I puta deposit down on the car and I had the car the next day.

My new lease of a BMW x4 went smoothly. Suvin made sure that all documentation was in order, including new tags. We also showed up earlier than planned and on a Saturday, and he still was able to help us promptly.

First visit. Not too long a wait. Service done per contract. Pleasant facility although the construction was a little confusing. I don?t have any additional comments.
