My fiancée and I are extremely busy with work and family and we don't have a lot of time to spare.  When we initially looked at BMW of Catonsville's inventory we didn't see the options we were looking for.  We let Steve know what options were important and Steve took it upon himself to look in BMW's inventory to find several cars that fit the criteria.  We identified the car and agreed on price and as they say the rest is history. Overall experience was good, time frame on getting in finance was longer than expected based on other experiences. Could have used more finance people, especially being the end of the year.

I had an excellent experience buying my car thanks to Jae Lim and Mark. Jae Lim was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. Experience was great. Technician was on time and did not have to wait for loaner car. Loaner Car was clean and filled with gas with very little wait time. And they called me when service was finished.

Overall very good experience. Attentive sales process, appropriate follow up and good financing offered thru BMW. Could have used more time going over all of the cars features and infotainment system. Only other issue was that car was delivered with substantially overinflated tire pressures - 48psi
