The best car buying experience I’ve had in my over 20 years buying vehicles. They were doing a complete remodel of the building and working out of trailers but still provided a top notch experience. My salesperson was Ceandria and she was the best car salesperson I’ve ever had, she played the biggest role in my overall experience at Passport BMW. From the first email I sent until the second I drove off the lot she was friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. Something you don’t see all the time in that profession. I had a few bad experiences at other DMV BMW’s dealerships (looking at you, Rockville) but here at Passport every step was great. Ceandria provided me with answers to any questions I had about BMW’s very quickly, confidently and with great knowledge whether via email, at the dealership or on the test drives. Even when I returned home the next day she reached out to see if I had any questions or concerns about the vehicle I purchased. The great experience didn’t stop at Ceandria. Once I went to finance to sign papers Hannah greeted me with a smile and made me feel at home just as Ceandria did earlier. Hannah was able to provide me with information about different payment options, rates and any available add-ons with great knowledge and understanding. She was very easy to talk to and easily described all of my options in purchasing my new car. It is easy to tell that both Ceandria and Hannah enjoy their jobs, do them exceptionally well and with confidence. Both made me feel at home. I traveled 2 1/2 hours and my next car buying dealership will begin and end with Passport.

We took delivery in July, 2022 for a new iX xDrive 50, and owned it for 2 1/2 years. One of the best cars we'd ever had. BMW sent custom cushions that go through the openings in the front seats for this model year, such that shorter occupants wouldn't hit their heads on trim there. The front is polarizing, but in dark colors grows on you. The car is dead quiet, fast, great ride and GREAT range- we got over 300 miles on road trips easily. The B&W audio system is one of the best available in any car.

Since then, we've been enjoying more the beauty of weekends , the symphony of autumn colors, traveling in many places under no sky limits... With the indoor showroom, every car is clean, all of them look impacable! Everything is no pressure, they paid attention to our questions. The finance lady is awesome, especially in our case as a cash buyer. She made my partner feel very comfortable about purchase process . We would definitely drive another 3.5 -4 hours to make another purchase with Chip, MD, when I'll decide to change my car. Chip and his Team do outstanding job! I love this car, it has all the bells and whistles of a luxury car and a 300 mile range, full electric. I had the level 2 charger hooked up at my house and haven't been to the gas station since! This car does things I didn't even know it does--it can parallel park itself, pull out of a parking position by itself by using your phone (if you are parked too close to other vehicles to open door or if the car is in a muddy spot). After driving up to my gate callbox a few times (the clicker doesn't work so I have to enter the code) the car noticed I rolled the window down at that location, and asked if I'd like to have it automatically lower when we approach (which I do)! I love being able to put my foot under the hatchback if my hands are full and the trunk opening automatically. I was worried about running out of a charge, and granted, I haven't gone on any long trips yet, but charging overnight at home works perfectly fine for day to day usage. It is an expensive car, but I got a great deal leasing it and I think it's worth it. Slightly less trunk space than the x5 which I had before this, but as my kids have grown and moved out, I don't really need it as much. Surprising amount of torque--my husband was impressed.

It is so refreshing to find knowledgeable people in the D.C. area who are also honest, conscientious, diligent in their work; and who care about the quality of their work & service to customers. If Mason Binns and his team tell you something about your car, you know it is true, even if you ask about doing something with your car that won’t work. An unfortunate accident put my vehicle out of service for a while. But, the service department, from management to technicians, have done a beautiful job in restoring her to almost original condition. (We’re still waiting on some parts; condition should be perfect when they come in.) Altogether, this dealership, and, especially the service department are outstanding. And, I can’t express well enough how great it is to find people with real integrity, skill and honor with whom to do business! The only downside is the tight conditions on the site. They need more space, both in the shop, and for parking vehicles in need of repair - there are too many Teslas with front-end damage. (I’m assuming drivers relying o “self-driving” features, and not paying attention to what their virtue-signaling “cars” are doing. 😐)

Normally car shopping is a chore. No one enjoys it. The pressure to buy. The haggling. Jason was our client advisor and WOW. Very knowledgeable of the cars. Not pushy. Went above and beyond to get us all of the info we needed. Again, NOT pushy whatsoever. It felt like we were just hanging out with a friend and talking about cars. He helped us find the exact car we were looking for and got us a great deal too. We are looking forward to coming back and purchasing another vehicle from him at BMW of Fairfax.

Ms. Jane was a pleasure to work with because she took the time to thoroughly explain what my car?s issues were. She apologized about not having a loaner to loan me but offered to get me an Uber to get me home. Although this dealership is somewhat out of my way, I will continue to go to them to service my car simply because of the courtesy that Jane extended to me.

This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Aaliyah was outstanding. She was professional, attentive, nice, and very personable. She made the whole process stress free and even followed up the next day to see how I was enjoying my new X3. They go above and beyond to help. Lead service advisor did a test drive with me as well to help identify the problem even after the mechanic couldn’t hear the noise my car was making. Julie Wharton also goes waaaaay above and beyond with the highest level of service. She stated she had a migraine headache for a few days and I told her she hid it well as it was not possible to see because she had such a super customer first attitude

Great experience! Bought a beautiful car and they were very patient with my questions. Beautiful Mercedes , fair price Bob spent time reviewing car features. Loved meeting Duke ( Frenchie) and Liat. Overall, great experience with little pressure!

Only 2000 miles of which 500 is highway. First positive impressions are: extraordinary quiet, impressive acceleration, above average ride and comfort. Great front and side vision. Very comfortable seats. Lots of interior room. Negatives are: incredibly complex systems to do simple things, exterior styling is an "acquired taste", rear vision is marginal. Odd door handles inside and outside. It is still too early to make a definitive assessment of this vehicle. Other than an intermittent annoying creak in the passenger window area that is hard to replicate at the dealership, the build quality seems very good. This is not a big Lexus or Mercedes sedan, but rather a very good SAV. Range is 300+ with the 21" wheels. Charging is easy and relatively fast with a good DC charger. True 11KwH on 48 amp home charger. Driver assistance package works well. Steering is a little light but no issues with the shape of the wheel. There will be some adjustment to this type of vehicle, but it has been easier than I anticipated. Registering it as an EV, leased out of state, was a frustrating experience and the extra fees for EV licensing are ridiculous.

They did not waste my time. They did what they said that they were going to do. I puta deposit down on the car and I had the car the next day.
