Wow. After reading negative comments concerning weight and the front end, I was unsure while waiting for the car that I would like it. It’s an amazing beast, and better than I expected. Weight gains in part are due to stiffening braces in the rear sides and under the car. Yes, it’s a bit heavy, but the lack of flex more than pays you back. The front end with the rectangular intakes has a purpose. This car needs a lot of air intake for cooling. Behind the rectangular intakes a coolers which need air. This car is well behaved when it needs to be, and complies with daily driving, yet when you want to play, it responds well. I feel this is the total package at an affordable price. The only place I feel could have been a bit better is road feedback through the steering wheel.

We found a car for our daughter on-line and drove in to look. The price was fair, the condition of the used car was better than I expected. Nathan and Auston were great to work with. And, the only thing noteworthy, and not unique to this dealership, but at all dealerships, is the amount of time it takes to go through the process to drive way...hours...and this was essentially a cash deal (we bought an extended warranty which was financed along with ttl). Likely we will be an AutoNation customer because it was a no pressure experience.

This is the 3rd BMW I purchased this year - and my favorite. It is one neat little package and for the money, an excellent bargain. Once you get strapped into the cabin, set your position and driving preferences and throw into 1st gear, you realize that you are driving a true driver's car. The shifting is smooth and the performance is exhilarating. Even the sonorous exhaust note puts a smile on your face. My only problem is finding enough time to put the car through its paces.

I never felt pressured by the financing department or to buy, but I was already interested in the Land Rover so it was not hard to sell me. I loved seeing their garage with an amazing selection of high end, luxury vehicles. Started my trade-in with another dealership that my wife and I disappointedly walked away from. I just purchased a Q3 Audi Quattro 2024, very slightly used as a loaner, from Derek Fernandez. I have not had a luxury vehicle since the 1990’s, when I had a prized red Audi Quattro . Had an excellent experience at Hendrick BMW! Drove 2 hours to test drive and possibly purchase a pre-owned BMW. The sales rep Xavier did a great job. He had the 2 models we were interested in ready when we got there, and showed us additional options available in stock. We ended up buying a car which went as smooth as expected. He also followed up a few times the following week and addressed and concerns and questions we had. Will definitely go back for a visit next time we need a car.
