Our salesman,Christiano was very courteous and professional. We were looking at 2 different cars and were able to test drive both of them, really couldn’t decide which one we really liked. Christiano had to get the general manager to come talk to us as per their business model. Chris the GM sat down at the table and basically threw himself at us, telling us me to go ahead and write the check to buy my wife the car. That created really bad vibes for me so pretty much ended the whole process.

I traded in a 2020 bmw m2 competition for a 2020 bmw CS. Both were bought new. The M2 Competition was an amazing little car but the CS takes it to another level. The adaptive suspension gives it a more compliant ride than the Competition. The acceleration is ferocious ( 0-60 in 3.8 seconds) and the handling is intuitive and precise but predictable. The seats are extremely comfortable even for a large guy like me ( 6’4” and 225 pounds). The stereo is cranking and the heated seats are just perfect. Very little in the way of other toys. No sunroof or electronic gimmicks to distract from the driving experience. Evo gave it car of the year in 2020 beating out Ferraris Lamborghinis Porsches Mclarens and rightly so. Resale value keeps climbing:)

This team is well informed, willing to help, did I mention patient?! We all know how it can be when you go to a Dealership…salesman can be pushy because the product is likely subpar. Well, that wasn’t our experience AT ALL. They made us feel like they truly wanted to find out our needs so they knew the best way to accommodate our family. They Delivered!!! Additionally, when you purchase a brand new car with all these amazing features, it’s not uncommon for it to have some hiccups as you get used to the systems. Well, we didn’t have to work through the hiccups alone. “Bob” 😃 along with an amazing service tech, FaceTimed me…yes he FaceTimed us in order to be able to walk my husband and I through our CarPlay mistake (my words NOT his of course. It was our mistake) 😉. Additionally, Fabian is a chill, yet extremely professional guy and we LOVE working with him as well. Wow. After reading negative comments concerning weight and the front end, I was unsure while waiting for the car that I would like it. It’s an amazing beast, and better than I expected. Weight gains in part are due to stiffening braces in the rear sides and under the car. Yes, it’s a bit heavy, but the lack of flex more than pays you back. The front end with the rectangular intakes has a purpose. This car needs a lot of air intake for cooling. Behind the rectangular intakes a coolers which need air. This car is well behaved when it needs to be, and complies with daily driving, yet when you want to play, it responds well. I feel this is the total package at an affordable price. The only place I feel could have been a bit better is road feedback through the steering wheel.

The BMW M2 Competition is more fun than anything that's more practical, and more practical than anything that's more fun. Handling and acceleration are fantastic. It's a thrill and a joy to drive. The front seats are supportive and infinitely adjustable. The rear seats are actually usable in a pinch. The trunk is voluminous, and the rear seats fold down to provide space for large amounts of cargo. The GPS and tech features are intuitive, and work very well. This is my fifth BMW and my second M car, and it's my favorite by far!

Absolutely outstanding service from Charles. I had a complicated warranty situation with my BMW X7 involving both the transfer case and differential, and Charles handled it like a total pro. He was proactive, thorough, and clearly knowledgeable — the kind of advisor who anticipates what you need before you even have to ask. What could’ve been a frustrating, confusing process ended up feeling smooth and handled because he stayed ahead of everything, communicated clearly, and made sure nothing fell through the cracks. If you want someone who actually advocates for you, knows the system inside and out, and treats your car like it matters, ask for Charles. He’s the one you want taking care of your BMW.

I got my 2017 bmw m2 around 6 months ago. I sprung for the automatic for a faster 0-60 time plus Apple CarPlay and the executive package. I can whole heartedly tell you that this car feels and sounds amazing. It is faster than 90% of cars on the road with a 4.1 second 0-60 (automatic), and sounds amazing. Additionally the exterior is beautiful and has a timeless design. I would even say it looks better than the new M2’s available on the market. The car also handles beautifully and is perfect for a canyon road. Although some do not like the interior i personally do. Mine has a carbon fiber trim, along with m badged leather seats. It does not have bucket seats however. The interior is minimalist and timeless in my opinion. Not to much clutter and all the modern technology a car these days needs. Lastly the car has launch control for any potential racing you want to do.

Initially when I responded to the dealership on three separate occasions (driving 60 miles for each trip), I walked away with dissatisfaction each time. However, My Client Advisor Mr. Frank M. subsequently came through as promised. He promised to hit a home run and did so after I informed him that he needed to work harder to assist me as a prospective buyer on a strict budget. Fortunately, to make a long story short, Mr. Frank fought for me and the GM accepted my offer and a deal was made. WOW, I wish this could have been done on the first day rather than the fourth day when I showed up to the dealership. This is why I gave a four star rating. In short, thank you Mr. Frankie for your support!

This is the 3rd BMW I purchased this year - and my favorite. It is one neat little package and for the money, an excellent bargain. Once you get strapped into the cabin, set your position and driving preferences and throw into 1st gear, you realize that you are driving a true driver's car. The shifting is smooth and the performance is exhilarating. Even the sonorous exhaust note puts a smile on your face. My only problem is finding enough time to put the car through its paces.

Diagnosed problem in a timely fashion. 4 stars for tiny waiting area, awful coffee. Customer service was 5 stars. Binit should get a big raise. He was extremely helpful.

I went online and found a car I liked. I contacted United BMW bought me a plane ticket from Arkansas was given great customer service found a nice Range Rover. I like to pay cash for it and drove it home no problems everything they said was legitimate. Thank you very much. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. I've owned a 2020 M2 Competition manual in Long Beach Blue for 2 years now and I've put approximately 19K miles on this car, including use as a daily driver, use for fun drives on nearby country roads, and use on the track (VIR). This is a fantastic car, with great power, exceptional handling and braking, and it is suprisingly practical with great back seat roominess (when compared to other 2-door sports cars that have this), and a good-sized trunk. I've had one minor repair made under warranty to replace the crank shaft sensor, and I've replaced the tires (with the OEM Michelin Pilot Super Sport). My only ding is that on longer drives the car is less comfortable but this is a minor criticism in light of how I did not purchase the car for this reason. Overall an incredible car that is huge fun and a great value to boot!

The G87 M2 is fantastic. It's the best BMW of the 9 I've had over the years. The engine is amazing, the suspension fantastic, and the car is light and nimble. The manual transmission is much better than I expected.

Luigi Devoto was superb at orchestrating a complex repair of my 328i. All done at a distance. Responded quickly to my concerns; clear in guiding the car through different stages of repair.

I'm not sure if I'll purchase the Lexus LC 500 they helped me with, but I had one of the best experiences with any sales rep I've ever had with Anthony Picozzi. He was one of the most down to earth, honest, and helpful people I've ever encountered in this industry. The other two sales reps there (didn't catch their names) were awesome, as well. I never write reviews, but thought it was important enough that he gets the recognition he deserves!

Purchased mine in Aug ov 23 after more than a 1.5 yr wait. Completely worth the wait. Extremely powerful with superb handling and fantastic brakes. Love the aggressive styling. Previous vehicle was a 981 Porsche Cayman S.

Sales department was friendly and up front, didn’t give off the scummy vibe some car salesmen have. Finance was a whole other story, despite buying my 4Runner a few weeks ago I’m still thinking about the weird interaction. Jonathan Farris was extremely pushy on a warranty despite it being declined multiple times, I don’t need one for my brand new Toyota they’re never worth it in my opinion. He started friendly enough but after officially declining the warranty his demeanor changed and made it seem like I was a bother to even be in the same room as him. Very off putting interaction and it’s unfortunate because like I said the sales team was pleasant to deal with but the last process of buying the car left a sour taste in my mouth. Avoid Jonathan if you can, he entered information incorrectly and had I not caught it would have ended up paying several thousand more in interest and he will try to screw you on a warranty, when he learns he can’t screw you he’ll ruin an otherwise special day.

Unless you have to go to Home Depot and buy toilets or staples for two printers, you will absolutely love the way the m2c drives. So much fun.

Rodney Feltus at Joe Myers Toyota was fantastic to work with. He was personable, listened well, and proved himself to be extremely knowledgeable. After our ordered-from-factory car arrived, Rodney gave my wife and I what's *easily* the most thorough tour of a new, high-tech car with we've ever gotten. His tour was *way* better than the standard "Here's the keys, now get out of here" some dealers seem to do. Part of the reason we chose Joe Myers is because Rodney was the only sales rep among several dealerships we talked to, who was willing to give us a *proper* number on what the 'drive off' price would be for a factory-ordered car. Every other dealership we talked to essentially refused to put any price in writing- asking us to put money down for an order, then negotiate a price *after* arrival. No thanks! Aside from the care and attention we were given *before* our purchase, Rodney got in contact a while after our purchase to check how we were doing with our new purchase (we *love* it!). Another nice *very* note- I needed a dealer signature on a form in order to get a Texas rebate for my new car. I contacted Rodney about it, emailed him a document to print and sign- and that was it- an envelope with the printed and signed documents arrived at my house a week later, with no need for extra reminders. I *really* appreciate that level of care being shown after the original transaction was complete, and would *definitely* recommend this place (and especially our sales person, Rodney) to others

This is the car that will put a smile on your face every time you drive it. Its not the fastest nor the most powerful BMW, but as a complete package, there isn't much available in the market. Future classic.

It has been a long time since BMW has made a car so perfect. This car reminds me of the old famous m3.

Brickell is a class act. I talked to about 4 other dealerships around the country when shopping for my car. The other dealerships whined and moaned about making a 2nd key -shouldn't this be standard to have 2 keys for a car over 30k? So many other details were handled smoothly and seemed to simply be part of their solid sales policy at Brickell. One dealership offered to send a driver to the airport and told me 'just give him $50' , which was fine and part of buying a new car out of state. Brickell however said just take an Uber and we'll reimburse you. Not a lot of money but just a bunch of little things that added up to a very satisfied customer. Special thanks to Erick and German!! Another minor detail... love all the fresh flowers in the office and cool video screens and art. Employees all seemed very happy as well :)

Getting an M2 is an easy decision. The harder part is deciding between an original M2 and a newer M2 Competition. They are both great but very different cars. M2 Competition has more power, but also a lot more weight. It drives like a little M4, The original M2 is much lighter and drives like an early 30's or 40's series M3. As far as the engine, it's not a normal N55, it is a highly modied one, the best N55 ever -- runs and sounds fantastic. Contrast that with the S55 in the M2 Competition, which is the most de-tuned version of that fine engine that you can get. Bottom line -- get an original M2, ideally a 2018 with the updated electronics, lights and dash!
