Salesperson, was great but I wish Sales Manager would have stayed at 850-900 a month my payment was close to 1,000. The car I went with I didn’t drive the first day I drove another vehicle. I did test drive the vehicle on my take home vehicle day.I had a trade in but I was not offered that option.

I had Wendy Osterman as our Client Advisor, I have been buying Dodge vehicles since 1984. This is the first time I stepped away from the Dodge family and purchased my first BMW. We bought the X3 M50, what we have found out that this SUV is awesome and have enjoyed driving it everyone we get into it. Wendy was wonderful to work with, she went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. I had a great buying experience with her and would definitely do it again. Initially when I responded to the dealership on three separate occasions (driving 60 miles for each trip), I walked away with dissatisfaction each time. However, My Client Advisor Mr. Frank M. subsequently came through as promised. He promised to hit a home run and did so after I informed him that he needed to work harder to assist me as a prospective buyer on a strict budget. Fortunately, to make a long story short, Mr. Frank fought for me and the GM accepted my offer and a deal was made. WOW, I wish this could have been done on the first day rather than the fourth day when I showed up to the dealership. This is why I gave a four star rating. In short, thank you Mr. Frankie for your support!

I give them a 5 star rating for being upfront and honest on their pricing . There online prices include many rebates I don’t qualify for and rather than have me drive an hour just to find out we weren’t in my targeted price range and waste my time they were honest. They were also quick to respond to my inquiries.

WHEN INTERESTED IN BUYING..SOME SELLERS EITHER LIVE TO FAR AWAY TO DRIVE IN OR ARE TO OLD TO MAKE THE TRIP...MAYBE IF YOU WAS TO GO TO THEM WITH A TRUCK TO TRANSPORT THE CAR BACK WITH YOU OR ANOTHER DRIVER, YOU MIGHT GET A LOT MORE CARS.. I WAS ONE OF THESE PEOPLE AND THIS IS WHY I DIDN'T SELL THE CAR, WHICH BY THE WAY IS IN SHOWROOM NEW LOOKING AND PERFECT SOUND CONDITION...

It's actually been about a year and a half now since I got a car from these folks, but after getting a couple other cars at other dealers, I've been inspired to come back to do this review. If you ever find yourself wanting to buy a car sight unseen, and have it shipped to you, without any drama or hassles, don't count on it. Unless you buy a car from BMW of Bend that is! Cheesy I know, but they did everything right, sent me photos and a video, got me an awesome rate at a local CU and even brought my car to my front door in a covered trailer 175 miles away, in the snow the whole way. It's a bummer that one can't expect a hassle free experience at all dealerships, but that's the way it is. Thankfully there are dealerships like Kendall BMW Bend!

I was visiting my son this week and decided to check out Gulf Coast Motor Works. I walked in and was greeted by a polite young man who asked if he could assist me. I told him I was just going to browse and take in the super cars etc… He said “no problem enjoy.” After looking at a fleet of beautiful vehicles I was getting ready to leave when an old man came in and said to the young salesman “how much will you give me for this car.” The car was an early 2000’s Chrysler convertible. Nice snap, low miles, but obviously not a vehicle that this dealership would specialize in. Nevertheless the young salesman asked him a few questions and then actually went outside and looked at a vehicle. The old man realized he was in the wrong type of car dealer and asked where he could sell his old car. The young salesman mentioned Carmax etc…. Then the other salesman came out and took some photos and spoke with the man. I have no idea if they were just entertaining him or possibly trying to help him sell his car? What I do know is that these two salesman did not ignore me when I came in nor did they blow off this old man with an obviously an expensive older vehicle. They demonstrated excellent customer service and if I were in the market for a high-end vehicle or supercar this is the first dealership I would go to based solely on how they treated me and the attention and respect they showed the customer. Congratulations guys you demonstrated what true salesmen ought to be. Good luck!

Lawrence Chavez aka LoLo. Great sales person. Great service. Highly recommend to buy & allow him to help you. Long story short, visited in June & he listened & didnt push us to buy. We went back on Sept 20th and he helped my best friend buy his first mini cooper. LoLo went above & beyond! He took the time to show us all the bells and whistles & even said to text or call him with any questions. Lawrence is fabulous! Financing available, fast & easy, accepted my trade in vehicle and gave me more money than any other dealer offered on the value. My credit is average and I still got a low payment, very nice! Friendly service from Kirk, Andy, & Nida, they make you feel right at home and walk you through the entire process, only taking about a hour of my time. Very efficient this place.
