I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted — a specific exterior color and a very hard-to-find interior color — and those were the only things I was not willing to compromise on. Even though the Draper dealership did not have my exact color combination in stock, Andrew took the time to truly listen to what mattered to me. He never tried to push me in a different direction and instead reassured me that he would continue searching until we found the right vehicle. From the start, we worked transparently through the numbers. Although I wasn't fully organized that day with my documents and payment method, the team at Pierre Ford of Lynwood made the buying process easy, fair, and seamless. I also considered refinancing my loan with my bank to see if I could secure a better interest rate. However, I found that the terms were quite similar to what I originally had, so I decided to stick with my initial financing since there wasn't much difference.
