Had made an appointment for oil change, rotate tires, check fluids and alignment. Took 3 hours, then was told they were short handed and couldn't do the alignment until the next day. Very inconvenient. Took my car in the next day for the alignment and they did give me a discount on it for me having the inconvenience the day before.

I am very impressed with the used car team at Gebhardt. Kris was very knowledgable and friendly, responding to all my weird questions. Ryan managed to find me a better interest rate than my own bank. I've had my '20 M340i for about a month now and I am totally in love!!! Performance is off the charts when you want to really push it, but what has been surprising is how comfortable it is as a daily driver. Also love the tech - Android Auto in particular. And she is a head turner in dravit gray, I get a lot of compliments. Only regret is that the run flats are a little bit of a rough ride, so recommend you get some performance tires if you can.

This is by far and away the best car I’ve ever owned. Much more than a normal 3 series, but without the complications that come with owning a full blown M3. Very comfortable, fast and still gets decent gas mileage.

United BMW made the process to trade in my old BMW and purchase my new BMW, seamless. Every last minute hiccup (caused by me) you could imagine happened the day of my purchase - I forgot my title, I ran hours late due to jury duty and other issues I won’t even mention.
