His customer service was truly top-tier from start to finish. Ron was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and attentive, making sure I understood every step of the process and felt comfortable with my decision. Before coming to BMW of Silver Spring, I visited another location—Passport BMW—and while the service there was okay, Ron brought his A-game in a way that set a completely higher standard. The difference was night and day. If you're looking for someone who genuinely cares about their customers and goes above and beyond to make the car-buying experience smooth and enjoyable, Ron Askew is the person you want to work with.
