Haven’t reached break-in mileage limit as yet but so far, car has met all of my expectations with regard to quality and performance. Agree that infotainment display is a bit overwhelming. Front end isn’t as objectionable in person as seen in pictures or videos.

Initially when I responded to the dealership on three separate occasions (driving 60 miles for each trip), I walked away with dissatisfaction each time. However, My Client Advisor Mr. Frank M. subsequently came through as promised. He promised to hit a home run and did so after I informed him that he needed to work harder to assist me as a prospective buyer on a strict budget. Fortunately, to make a long story short, Mr. Frank fought for me and the GM accepted my offer and a deal was made. WOW, I wish this could have been done on the first day rather than the fourth day when I showed up to the dealership. This is why I gave a four star rating. Well run dealership, they offer additional products to protect your investment, individual needs will dictate if you need them or not. I happen to have above and beyond protection, so the options would not benefit my particular situation. The finance department was thorough, and assisted me in a contract adjustment. The staff from the moment I entered the door, provided detailed attention. Everyone I interreacted with was professional, pleasant, yes! I did say pleasant!!!! Every phone interaction I was 100% acknowledge, and addressed to my satisfaction. The General Manager, does a wonderful job of following up on every transaction. I interacted with her via email, and the response was on target, and my concern was resolved quickly. The concern was a add on product offer, and had nothing to do with the Lexus vehicle or the staff. In my opinion they are the best Lexus dealership in the Tampa Bay area. I have always referred my friends and family to Tampa Bay Lexus, and I will continue to do so! BIG KUDOS TBL!

I ordered my 2026 BMW X5 from BMW of West Houston in December. I am a repeat customer. Tommy Luk was my salesperson. Tommy is exceptionally knowledgeable and got me through the demo and ordering process quickly. Tommy kept me up to date with the production status and was always available to answer my questions. When the X5 arrived, Davin Pope and Tommy worked together to prepare the closing documents before my delivery appointment so I got through the process without wasting time or pressuring me to buy unnecessary options. Overall the delivery process was the best I have ever experienced.

We bought a 2019Hyundai Elantra at this carmax. It was a very good experience. Staff was helpful but not pushy or aggressive. The fixed price was fair and made the process less stressful. The dealer charges were all reasonable with no ridiculous added charges. Overall an excellent experience.
