CarMax Costa Mesa review
I just recently purchased a Mercedes M-Class from CarMax at Costa Mesa. I was ready with all the salesman pitches, haggling and general unplesantness that is associated with buying a car (paperwork, insurance, time, etc). But moment I walked in Kyle and Ron made me feel welcome and we were outta there with our new car in no time. Modern and pretty showroom, everyone we met (manager, salesperson, finance person) were super nice. You do not get the traditional bad vibe from dealerships there... Wish I was into Volvos as I'd make the effort to go there (bought a trade). In and out with a car in jus tover an hour (after a few emails prior), so that's a big win.
