My sales advisor, Bassel, was fantastic to work with. He was honest, straightforward, and extremely knowledgeable. There was never any pressure, and he made sure all of my questions were answered while helping guide me through the process in a very transparent way. Paul, the General Sales Manager, personally oversaw the transaction and made sure everything went smoothly. It was clear he truly cares about the customer experience and about doing things the right way. Jeff from the used car department was also great to work with. He provided a very fair offer on my previous M4 and was friendly, accommodating, and easy to work with throughout the appraisal process. Ryan in the finance department was incredibly helpful as well. Both he and Bassel stayed late to make sure everything was completed properly so I could drive home in my new car that same day. Their willingness to go the extra mile really meant a lot. Overall, this was one of the best dealership experiences I’ve had. The team was professional, respectful, and genuinely focused on helping me achieve my goal.
