Initially when I responded to the dealership on three separate occasions (driving 60 miles for each trip), I walked away with dissatisfaction each time. However, My Client Advisor Mr. Frank M. subsequently came through as promised. He promised to hit a home run and did so after I informed him that he needed to work harder to assist me as a prospective buyer on a strict budget. Fortunately, to make a long story short, Mr. Frank fought for me and the GM accepted my offer and a deal was made. WOW, I wish this could have been done on the first day rather than the fourth day when I showed up to the dealership. This is why I gave a four star rating. Excellent service! We were traveling from Canada to Florida and had an incident on the highway with our X5. This was on a Sunday, so we had to wait in a hotel for the dealership to open. Arrived as a walk-in on Monday morning, they took our car in immediately, and by 10 AM, we were rolling again to Florida.
