Started my trade-in with another dealership that my wife and I disappointedly walked away from. We laid out what we were looking for on our trade in and Ihsan was able to work within reason on getting us close to what we wanted, with no hassle or games that some experience. The people over there were really good with emails and phone calls the only bad thing we had problems with because of the big snow storms we had in the East Coast so everything that like buried in so they never got the chance of starting up the car to see how it sounds but I was quoting the mix between that car and another car and everything else so by the time I got back to them it was already sold but anyway they said there was something that I was looking for and everything else I can always contact them and they'll go find it for me
