Beautiful car as pictured. Needed a number of things addressed that you could not see in pictures. Manager was very persuasive about making sure all the things that needed attention would be addressed but I was concerned that there was more than I could see in a short drive and inspection. Would need some more time to make sure that the vehicle was as advertised. Just not comfortable completing purchase Still a beautiful vehicle, was very hard to not complete purchase.

Has it all and gives you great complements along the way. I am still figuring out all of the gadgets. The interior of the M5 is impeccable along with the twin turbo allows you to pass everyone and look good doing it.

The M5 is a beast. It is like 3 cars in one:1), an all electric automobile for 33 miles,2) a twin turbo V-8 hybrid with zero lag,3) a roomy/comfortable cruiser. It is missing a couple items that should be standard or available such as soft close doors and seat message. Otherwise, this is the best of both worlds.

I never felt pressured by the financing department or to buy, but I was already interested in the Land Rover so it was not hard to sell me. I loved seeing their garage with an amazing selection of high end, luxury vehicles. If I wanted to buy a Mercedes, Maserati, or Rolls Royce, I would buy it from these guys. 10/10 would recommend this place.

This car is incredible. It is so fast right front the factory and has so much luxury and comfort I am blown away. I have owned over 20 cars and this is by far the best one. Every time I slide into the driver seat and cruise around it brings nothing but smiles to my face.

I went to buy a cash car. I had a price range to follow. I looked at a Lexus 07 LS460. I was helped out in getting a deal for this car by Jesse. I had some some request to be addressed first, to make me feel better about the deal. I saw they where all made. Maybe not to a high standard but they were done. The whole process felt easy with no pressure. I never believed Jesse was playing games with me. Ever. All in all he sold me a car I wanted and at the price I wanted. What more can you ask for? It's a 07. It's got issues. Yes. It's a used car but the buying experience was never an issue. Would I go back to buy another one? Yes. Will I tell a friend? Yes. I just recommend you do your own research on the particular car your looking at. I did not and still got a good deal. Ask for Jesse.

Amazing mix of super performance, high technology, and luxury amenities. Has 617 BHP, all-wheel drive, dynamic driving modes, and massaging seats! The only change I would make is for rear-wheel steering (counter steering at low speeds) to shorten the turning radius.

Replaced my 911 with a Panamera 4 and then with this M5 Competition for my 2 growing kids. There's a world on difference between Panamera 4 and the M5. This is a supercar disguised like a 5 series. Draws less attention and a pure driver's car.

Had a very positive experience buying a 2015 Subaru from Icon. Found a car of interest on Cars.com on a weekend night, messaged Icon through that website, and got a response from them first thing in the morning on Monday. The car I liked was still available, so I scheduled a test drive, and Jennifer worked up some good financing options in the meantime. A couple days later, my son and I test drove the car, loved it, and took it home that afternoon. Their inventory was excellent - definitely my taste - so had this car not been available, we would likely have test drove another. Jennifer and Nacole answered all my questions (and I ask a lot) and were friendly and pleasant to work with, and them and the folks behind the scenes made the whole thing a quick and enjoyable experience. I have owned 10 different 911's. I found the M5 was faster, had much more room for people and stuff, and unlike Porsche provides a ton of standard features. Porsche charges for every option, and many should in my opinion be standard at this price point. Driving the M5 is a thrill every single day. It is my absolute favorite car of all time.

To my surprise, I got an email from Robbie at BMW of Spokane within 15min of my accidental click - and he shared a video walk-around of the car I'd been looking at. He then gave me a call a few minutes after that, asking if I had any questions he could help with. That is some pretty fantastic, low-pressure customer engagement! Even though I wasn't ready to buy anything (yet!), Robbie was kind enough to talk about the car a bit and let me know he's happy to help if/when I want to move forward. All told, this was one of the more pleasant car dealer interactions I've had!

Came in to service my Acura TLX, had a great experience with Carlos and they also showed me a Type S they had in stock. Was a little out of budget for now, but very reasonable price for new brakes and rotors and a decent bit cheaper than Acura themselves.

Great comfort with easy in n out. More control in wheel. Safest on road with AWD. Stable and awesome handling through curve. Excellent in gas mileage.
