Have this car for 3 years and it’s been nothing but pleasure. Subtle looking on the outside, cruising beast on the inside. Drove other BMWs and not have been as boss feeling car as this one.

He then explained the new features on my new car so I felt comfortable on my first drive home. And he follows up promptly with answers to questions I thought of afterwards. Finance Manager Howar Ruiz took the pain out of all the paperwork (finance and title transfer) everything was well organized & easy to understand each step of the process. And I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the service department where I usually deal with John Korallus for top notch service. I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire process. Car has many things I liked such as very fast and soft ride and a few negatives such as no heated seats or apple car play as they are options on this $80K car. I feel they should be standard at this price, I mean really $300 for apple car play as an option on a $80K car. overall its a big premium for this 8 cylinder engine.

Brought my EV6 in for a repair. Turned out to be more involved than I expected but the team at Kia of Riverdale handled it no problem. They diagnosed it right the first time which honestly isn't always a given at a dealership. Service advisor kept me in the loop the whole time, no surprises on the bill, no upselling, just got the job done. Car drives great now, noticeably better than when I brought it in. I've dealt with a lot of dealership service departments over the years and they're not always a great experience. This one was solid start to finish. Would definitely go back.

It was good. I have problems with the passenger seatbelt beeper going off all the time even when no one sitting there. I also had problems with some of the electrical.

What is there not to say about my 2018 M550. It is all the car that you could ever want whether we’re just cruising nice and quiet on the highway or if you want to white knuckle down the road it is the ultimate driving machine!!!

Excellent service from Marcel and his team even though I was hundreds of miles away with terrible signal. They provided great service even from afar and when I arrived at the dealership, I was able to pick up the vehicle at the dealership, and all documents were ready for me.
