The process was seamless and clear which was indeed appreciated. Brad Fansler was our Sales Person/Manager during the process; very accommodating. Our vehicle purchase options was to our liking as we were intent with our preferences; again very pleased with the process. The finance process was clear, effortless, and prompt; quite please with that part of the process. Furthermore, the closing moments of the overall process proved to be the reason for our preference to shop for vehicles at this dealership; we've purchased three automobiles from this Hiley Dealership, and will continue to do so for these very reasons.
2020 BMW M850 Gran Coupe review
This car is great because not only does it perform as a sports car and a very comfortable 4 adult luxury car. I think the front seats are a little firm for my old butt.

2023 BMW M850 Gran Coupe review
Car is fun to drive. Acceleration is amazing. This is not a car you need it’s a car you want. It is a little low to the ground and the low profile tires were a challenge on NE roads.

We recently purchased the X5 xDrive 40i and we love it. I was very surprised at how comfortable and sporty it is. The staff at BMW of McKinney made this experience so much better than we expected. I was dreading test driving and going to dealerships. Danny Nguyen was our sales rep, he was very professional and knowledgeable. There are so many features and settings on new vehicles and he did a great job showing us how to navigate through the menus. He was helpful and patient throughout the entire process. Alex Clifton (finance) guided us through the purchase and signing of the documents. He answered our questions and he made the process less stressful. He was very organized and has a great personality, helped us feel at ease. Saleem and Isaiah are 2 of the geniuses who helped me navigate the technology of our new “computer on wheels”. Saleem was very knowledgeable with all the apps; including setting up my BMW id on my iPhone. I also want to recognize the ladies at check in, they were friendly and helpful. I just walked in and asked if I could test drive and she connected me with Danny. We highly recommend BMW of McKinney and we are so happy with our new car!
