They have a very professional and motivated team and they really take care of your car. I feel comfortable dropping it off because I know they will take care of it the same as I would. Konrad, the Manager of Service Department is a great leader. As for my buying experience, I prefer to build my car myself. I do not need much assistance except placing an order and taking the delivery. Petr is the expert with years of experience and passion. He will help you throughout the process no matter what kind of customer you are. Overall, BMW of Fairfax is a great family to be associated with. Thank you for yet again amazing experience!

I received great service from my Service Advisor, Daniel Braslavskiy, even though I had no scheduled appointment. He clearly and fully answered all my service questions. I needed all new tires and various other time-consuming service work. Despite this, he was able to get the car back to me promptly in the afternoon.

I dropped an older BMW off for a systems problem which i had researched. The diagnostic and troubleshooting resolved one portion of the issue. The value arrived when Candice was able to have the mechanic chat with me to explain the remaining challenges and why. This is what I was seeking as part of the service.
