Great first experience! I like the straight forward assessment and it even cost less then estimated. I was provided excellent service and I will come back again.

Overall very good experience. Attentive sales process, appropriate follow up and good financing offered thru BMW. Could have used more time going over all of the cars features and infotainment system. Only other issue was that car was delivered with substantially overinflated tire pressures - 48psi

It was a great experience working with Steve Yang at BMW of Catonsville. The service department was fantastic, they clearly explained me all of them. I definitely recommend the department. I had a very bad experience with BMW VOB service department team, but now all bad menry has been erased.
