I worked with the sales person, Blanca Lopez when ordering my new BMW. I initially was called to see if I had an interest in taking advantage of the great equity to that I had in my 2018 BMW X6. With further discussion, we were able to come to an agreement on not purchasing what was in stock, but actually ordering one with the exact specs that I desired. The ordering process was explained to me, and an anticipated delivery date was provided. Once the vehicle arrived earlier than expected, Blanca was great in coordinating the pick up time and date. Blanca was great throughout the whole process and is very customer oriented and highly recommended!

I came in about a repair to my 5 series BMW and while I was there waiting for the estimate, I took a few minutes to look around and found a new X3. I decided to purchase the new X3 instead of repairing my 5 series. James was tied up that morning with another client and they were a bit short handed so we just exchanged numbers. He showed her the cars she wanted to look at, ran credit through the bank of our request and spent the necessary time it took to seal the deal. He was steadfast, helpful and attentive.
