My x drive diesel gives me 14.5 - 15km per liter which is exceptional and handles like a sports car. Run flats are hard but not an issue. There seems to be a issue with the engine mountings as both x2 cars I had and have, have had to have them replaced with the new design engine mountings. No major issues.

I recently had the 20,000 mile service performed on my RX350. Everything seemed fine except for the slight odor of oil I noticed when driving. A week after the oil change my husband and I left on a trip. 600 miles from home the ?Engine oil is low? warning light came on. We were able to get off the interstate and to a gas station in less than 10 miles. When we checked the oil level it was barely registering on the dip stick. We discovered that the oil cap had not been replaced after servicing was completed. The entire engine compartment had been soaked by the oil spraying out of the filler tube. I called Arlington Lexus the next day and discussed this situation with Tom Prondzinski. He was a perfect gentleman. First he apologized for this mistake happening. He had me contact the Lexus dealer at our destination. He worked with that dealership to have my vehicle throughly checked and cleaned up. Mistakes happen. I could not have ask for better service to get this mistake made right. After my car was serviced Tom took time to call me and make sure everything was straightened out. I think it is the sign of a good dealership when they take responsibility for a mistake and work to get it straightened out.

Originally had no intention of purchasing a BMW, however, I saw it at COSTCO, looked at the price and it was comparable to another make of vehicle on the same line as the BMW X2, but for a lower price. Knowing the BMW reputation, I decided to go look.

I just bought a 2019 Mercedes-Benz CLS 53 AMG from Chicago Auto Place. I'm out of state but deal was great. Took about 5 days to get delivered. Longer than i wanted but they delivered. Kept communications the entire time. Ricky was great. In the process i got worried and started researching. There are some people years ago that didn't review well. I really don't thinknthe deserve those reviews. After i got the car i asked the owner about them. He said they changed their business modelnto higher end cars with lower miles. And it has worked for them. I am 100% happy and have a stellar car. Inwould recommended whole-heartedly. They are in Chicago and i amnin Texas. Stressful buying online but they delivered on all cylinders.

I was looking for a specific car that was at this CarMax. Problem was that I live in Minnesota, not Chicago and would have to traveling a great distance for a car I had not seen other than in pics, potentially risking wasting a great deal of time and money. I had to trust Jonathan, my salesman, to tell me the condition of the car where the pics could not. He was completely honest and the car was exactly what he said it was. Between Jonathan and Adam, the sales manager i was able to close the deal and drive back to home within an hour. I am completely pleased with the car and 100% satisfied with the dealership. The BMW X2 is a joy. It is priced right and totally meets my needs . The German engineering and technical touches are a marvel. It is sporty and fun to dive, yet fuel efficient. Truly, a smart car in design and maneuverability.

We purchased a car from Dart Motors for our daughter. We walked in, they let her drive whatever she wanted & were very pleasant to deal with, not like your typical used car salesman that stalks you on the lot. They had no problem with us taking it to our mechanic to have it checked out. It coded on a few items & they repaired those items & even items that we didn’t ask them to fix. They also give a 3 month power train warranty as a bonus as a standard practice. The paperwork process only took an hour. They are wonderful here. They really care & they have some pretty cool cars. The car is nimble and fun to drive. Great steering, braking and acceleration. Car grips the road and is feels very safe. The side BMW badges make the car easy to recognize and stand out among the sea of small SUV's.
