She spent a lot of time going through the features of the vehicle. She?s also available if I need additional help. Originally had no intention of purchasing a BMW, however, I saw it at COSTCO, looked at the price and it was comparable to another make of vehicle on the same line as the BMW X2, but for a lower price. Knowing the BMW reputation, I decided to go look.

Ozzie and Belinda took great care of us. 1. We had to trade in a car that was costing too much to repair. I put the information into the Echo Park system and Belinda called to ask further questions. It was that outreach that had us going to Echo Park instead of CarMax. 2. Ozzie was the salesperson who happened to be free when we walked in. He listened to what we wanted to do and made a couple of good suggestions. Then one test drive and we were ready to buy. The dealership honored the trade-in value and even added $250 to it, and altogether that helped pay for the warranty that we purchased.

ABZ is amazing! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed. The entire experience was great and all the staff were kind and friendly. We never felt pressured or stalked like a typical dealership. Although we did an issue with the vehicle (outside of ABZs control), Cristian was in constant communication with us as well as his management team. Christian and Leo made sure all of our concerns were addressed. ABZ went above and beyond to ensure we had a positive experience. I HIGHLY recommend ABZ, I we will be back to purchase a vehicle again from Christian. I hope the owner and management team has an opportunity read this. They have a great group of people there!

When I arrived at Echo Park I was frustrated. I'd just had a horrible experience with Baytown Ford. Noe and Austin were extremely helpful and worked with me to find a vehicle and deal I was happy with. Would recommend both Echo Park and Noe to anyone seeking their next vehicle

My experience was easy and informative with TJ. There was very little pressure to buy, a nice test drive, and useful information while doing so. TJ brought this car from another store, a car I found on AutoNation, and had it prepared for me exactly at the time asked. They also stayed until 7:30p to deliver the car so that I could land at the airport and come straight to the dealership to pick it up.

The BMW X2 is a joy. It is priced right and totally meets my needs . The German engineering and technical touches are a marvel. It is sporty and fun to dive, yet fuel efficient. Truly, a smart car in design and maneuverability.

We visited on December 31, 2025, and although he was extremely busy, he handled everything with professionalism and efficiency. He worked diligently with the bank and continued negotiating until he secured a better deal for us instead of settling for the initial offer. If you want an SUV that is not bulky and still have the feel of driving a sedan, this is the vehicle for you. It is very comfortable on road trips, better than the X1 or X3 when it comes to how comfortable the seat is for the driver. I test drove other X models and the seats were not as comfortable and they felt bulky and more like a truck than a car on the road. This is definitely a crossover with all of the luxuries of a sedan in an suv.

My x drive diesel gives me 14.5 - 15km per liter which is exceptional and handles like a sports car. Run flats are hard but not an issue. There seems to be a issue with the engine mountings as both x2 cars I had and have, have had to have them replaced with the new design engine mountings. No major issues.

Vincent (Vinnie) Adduci was a great help ordering a new 2026 X7 xDrive40i. I wanted the rear steering for parking maneuverability (2VH--Integral Active Steering) without ordering the V-8 (2VH is standard on the X7 M60i). The BMW national website does not let you add the DHP option (dynamic handling package with 2VH) for the 40i when building a virtual X7. Vinnie knew you could order that option and also double-checked for me. The loyalty, discount, and trade-in value offered were excellent and so he ordered the X7 40i with all the options I wanted, including DHP, and it will be built in a few weeks.
