It's all about the B58 in the M40i. I dinged it one star on comfort because this little SUV rides quite "sporty" even in Comfort mode. I absolutely love this about the car, but I could see how some would feel this is too harsh as it is not a luxurious, cushy ride. But tuck this little beast into a fast corner and it's just...wow! This little German SUV is a sleeper. While the X3M is very nice, the M40i is the perfect balance in my opinion. BMW has really stepped up their game in the X3.

Will Atherton was both technical and yet personable and not pushy. On Saturday, when you are closed, he was in the car lot and answered questions and set up an app for the following day. He goes the extra mile !

Having 2 cars deemed "total loss" after the big hail storm, we were dreading the process of buying a new car. AustinEAutos came through in a big way. I have owned two BMWs and have taken my car to both BMW dealerships in the Austin area, but BMW of South Austin by far exceeds any other dealership when it comes to truly caring for the customer. The staff is nice and friendly and everything is so seamless and straightforward. For me, the star is the Service Advisor : Brian Woolverton. He exceeds expectations in all aspects of providing you the best service possible, EVERYTIME. I am from Pflugerville and I drive for 40-45mins just because he is an excellent advisor. If you are in Austin area and have a BMW, I would highly recommend you to go meet with Brian for all your servicing needs. You will not be let down.

Jasmine was an absolute gem knowledgeable, upbeat, and hilarious. She somehow managed to walk the fine line between professional and “are-we-best-friends-now?” I came in unsure what I wanted. I really like the attention, personal interactions, very friendly people and making sure its all fine. I havent faced any issue thus far. One is never too happy when your BMW has issues, but when you take it to BMW of South Austin you are treated like a king at every phase of the visit - from the kind and courteous staff and Service Reps to the Technicians that quickly diagnose and resolve your vehicle's issues. And a free car wash and mini detail on car's interior is a very nice touch. Top-notch team and the best of service every time!
