It's all about the B58 in the M40i. I dinged it one star on comfort because this little SUV rides quite "sporty" even in Comfort mode. I absolutely love this about the car, but I could see how some would feel this is too harsh as it is not a luxurious, cushy ride. But tuck this little beast into a fast corner and it's just...wow! This little German SUV is a sleeper. While the X3M is very nice, the M40i is the perfect balance in my opinion. BMW has really stepped up their game in the X3.

The Farrish Subaru service team is excellent. My Service Manager, Jimmy Soto, thoroughly inspected my vehicle and made suggestions on items to watch, without applying any pressure to correct immediately. He also reminded me of my warranty status and things to look out for while under warranty.

I'm not a person that is in the habit of leaving reviews. Mainly because the customer service I receive most places isn't worth me taking the time to write a review, but this dealership is the exception in every way. There is no way I could not write a review. This review is a little long but if you're considering purchasing a Nissan you want to read this review. I just purchased a 2022 Nissan Versa from this dealership. It was important to me to purchase the car this weekend because I needed it to travel out of town this coming week. I live in Baltimore MD and originally planned to purchase the car in Baltimore. I had been told by a local Baltimore dealer he would have a Versa on his lot by Friday 3/4/2022. I planned to be there bright and early the morning of the 4th to pick it up. However, the evening of the 3rd, the salesman called to tell me the ETA had changed and it would be another week before the Versa would arrive. I was so disappointed because I could not wait another week, I needed a car now. Plus I was sick of car shopping. I knew what I wanted and I just wanted to buy my car and be done with the whole process! It had taken me a long time to find that car and I knew it wouldn't be easy to find another one that would be available immediately due to the car shortage. And I was right. I couldn't find another Versa in the entire state of MD so I started searching in VA. I called several dealerships in Va, but no one had anything in stock. The earliest ETA I was given was mid April. I was starting to give up hope of finding my car this weekend. Just when I had almost given up hope, I got a call from the Sales Manager Muhammed known as Mo. of Passport Nissan on South Pickett St. Mo told me he had been told by one of his salesmen whose name was also Muhammed that I was looking for a Versa. I said yes I am. He said, well I have one in stock. I said, when you say you have one in stock does that mean its on your lot? He said yes mam I'm looking at it! Then I asked him for an out-the-door-price. The price he gave me was $1400 less that what the dealer in Baltimore was going to sale it to me for! When he gave me the out-the-door price I almost screamed! And when I got off the phone I did scream! I knew I was being ripped off by the Baltimore dealership but I really wanted the car right away so I was willing to pay, but God had other plans! I am a strong woman of faith. I believe God let the ETA change at the Baltimore dealership to lead me to Mo! Mo did not rip me off. He was very honest and fair in his pricing. After he gave me the price I said hold that car don't let go to anyone else and that's exactly what he did! But that's not all he did. When I told him I was traveling from Baltimore to Va by train to pick up the car, he had Muhammed the Salesman drive all the way from the dealership to Union Station in Washington DC to pick me up, IN MY NEW CAR!!!! I was so excited!! Muhammed was very kind. He not only picked me up but let me make a stop on the way back to the dealership. We talked and laughed all the way back. And once I arrived at the dealership I was treated like a queen. I could go on and on but I think you get the picture. This dealership is a true example of what it means to not only provide excellent customer service but to also go the extra mile in every way. Honest fair pricing, and excellent customer service! I am so impressed with their service I am considering driving to Virginia to have my car serviced there instead of in Baltimore where I live. If you want a dealership that is honest and fair in pricing and will give you excellent service, I HIGHLY recommend you purchase your vehicle at Passport Nissan 150 S. Pickett St Alexandria Va. Ask for Mo and Mo!!!!! And they have a beautiful sales lady there that is a fashionista!!!

I would like to leave a review on Samuel Hinton. I have been researching for a s-class Mercedes via Carmax ads for the last couple of weeks. I came a cross a trade-in. that had just been received days prior at Passport BMW in camp Springs / Waldorf Maryland. upon further inquiry, I was contacted by Sam, who assisted and guided my wife and I. from start to finish. I was reluctant to make a car purchase online. Especially a Mercedes purchase at a BMW dealership. I currently live 300 miles away from the dealership. Sam assured us that this was an amazing deal on a beautiful car that was in his location for 4 days. he suggested that we put a deposit down on the vehicle to hold it until we can drive to the area to test drive and view the vehicle. during this process. he made clear communication on the process, expectations. finances,vehicle inspections and warranty. I usually do not take the time out of my busy day to write reviews, but I feel we would be doing a disjustice by not making everyone aware of the outstanding services that he provided as a representative for Passport Bmw. Did I mentioned that he had all of the documentation prepared prior to our arrival, and followed up to see if we made it back home safely. The best car buying experience I’ve had in my over 20 years buying vehicles. They were doing a complete remodel of the building and working out of trailers but still provided a top notch experience. My salesperson was Ceandria and she was the best car salesperson I’ve ever had, she played the biggest role in my overall experience at Passport BMW. From the first email I sent until the second I drove off the lot she was friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. Something you don’t see all the time in that profession. I had a few bad experiences at other DMV BMW’s dealerships (looking at you, Rockville) but here at Passport every step was great. Even when I returned home the next day she reached out to see if I had any questions or concerns about the vehicle I purchased. The great experience didn’t stop at Ceandria. Once I went to finance to sign papers Hannah greeted me with a smile and made me feel at home just as Ceandria did earlier. Hannah was able to provide me with information about different payment options, rates and any available add-ons with great knowledge and understanding. She was very easy to talk to and easily described all of my options in purchasing my new car.
