Love it. Car is comfy, quick and the wonderful B58 Twin-Scroll Turbo I6 makes all the right noises! Awesome daily driver. Period! Interior has all of the amenities you could ever ask for. Ride is luxury-oriented but also can grip & RIP through the corners, almost as well as any sports sedan out there pretty much.

While the initial reason for my visit was trying due to seizing a motor in such a new vehicle the service staff was incredible. My service advisor Kelvyn was a standout and exceptional. He kept me apprised every step of the way and due to my unique situation he was instrumental getting me back on the road. As a business owner myself, I'd love a few more Kelvyn's on my staff!!

my experience was genuinely great. Belendy was on point from the moment I walked through the doors, and I appreciate how seriously he took me throughout the entire process. I had been to multiple dealerships, but this was the one where I felt the most comfortable and I truly think he played a big part in that. He was patient, transparent, and I never felt pressured or confused. I also appreciate Tom for helping me finalize the deal and for explaining my Mach-E so thoroughly. I don’t think I would’ve received that level of service at the other dealerships I visited, and I really appreciated it. Finance was also a pleasant surprise Nick made the process feel easy and trustworthy. I’ve heard so many horror stories about finance departments, so I was nervous, but I never felt swindled or rushed. Overall, I love my car, I’m excited about my lease, and the whole team made this a smooth experience.

Sales great team but services department really really bad don’t have costumer service management, rude , managers don’t have a clue of what costumer service is

Great dealership experience. I came in expecting disappointment due to my situation. Upside down, low credit and low down payment and they were able to hook me up with a deal, I am still shocked. I seen alot of negative reviews here and honestly dont know why!! They have been awesome to me and were very patient. I think maybe people are upset over their fees but no one works for free and the fees are listed... Worked with Brandon Martinez and it worked out great. Just be sure to do your homework first thats all and you will be 100% here. I also think their positive google reviews are more accurate than the cars.com comments tbh.
