Wesley was very professional didn’t question my offer brought it right to sales manager. Negotiation was smooth in the end I paid what I thought was a fair price and got a powertrain warranty thrown in. They delivered car promptly inspected and filled gas tank. Sent all paperwork overnight to me so I could register vehicle and get the registration to my husband and he was able to drive it home. Kervin was professional and easy to work with.

This was a great experience. Everyone on the staff that we interacted with was great. We had an excellent sales person that assisted us. Chau Vu showed us many new cars in the dealership inventory that we were interested in. She accompanied us on a test drive in an X5 hybrid. Chau was very thorough in her explanation of the workings of the hybrid model and we ended up coming to an agreement on the car the same day. She met our expectations on a fair trade-in value for our truck and highlighted a corporate rebate program with my employer. The business manager, Heather Dumas was easy to work with on finalizing the purchase and reviewing the additional options. Cole Robertson provided a great intro to the many features that the vehicle included and helped with set up.
