Love it. Car is comfy, quick and the wonderful B58 Twin-Scroll Turbo I6 makes all the right noises! Awesome daily driver. Period! Interior has all of the amenities you could ever ask for. I was very pleased with my experience. I started at CarMax to "try on" several cars from several manufacturers. The salesman (Jack) was happy to oblige, despite it being cold and rainy. We walked the lot and I sat in ~20 cars. I went home and researched them some more, scheduled a few to test drive and came back on Jack's day off. This time, I worked with Brandon for a few test drives and discussed other vehicles at nearby CarMax locations. They found a vehicle that fit my requirements and transported it in for me to test drive. A few days later, I was back for the final test drive, loved the car and purchased it. Jack and Brandon kept good communication, weren't pushy and were a pleasure to work with. The business office was quick and explained the paperwork and processes effectively. Now, two weeks on, I'm very pleased with my car and experience. Thanks!

I bought my car G80 here when it was Pugi ,and I had service issues with GPS. I was begging to think I made a mistake buying a Genesis. Since Castel took over, they had some issues in the transition. But Castle has changed how I feel about Genesis. I really see them striving to achieve a premium service. Great Job Castle Genesis. Thank you for changing how I feel about my Genesis purchase again. I found the perfect car -- a 2021 Porsche Macan GTS -- listed at a great price on Perillo BMW's website. Being from out of state (Pennsylvania), I reached out to the dealership remotely. At first, I hit some bumps with the initial sales consultant that responded; communication was slow and unhelpful. I almost walked away from the deal altogether. Thankfully, I called the dealership directly and got connected with Mike Fezatte, and that's when everything turned around. Mike was exceptional from the first conversation. He took the time to send me a few detailed walkaround videos of the car (even highlighting the rock chips), answered all of my questions promptly, and comes across as a genuinely good guy -- not pushy, just helpful and honest. I flew out to Chicago on a Saturday morning to complete the deal, and Mike even gave me a great local recommendation for Chicago pizza while the front office was finalizing the paperwork. The whole whole experience was smooth and I couldn't be happier with the car or the way I was treated. If you're considering a vehicle from Perillo BMW -- especially if you're buying from out of state -- do yourself a favor and ask for Mike Fezatte by name. I had an issue with my coolant that could not be identified when I went to another dealer. When I went to BMW Northfield, they were able to figure out what was wrong and fix everything really quickly. They were also very helpful!
