I wanted to lease a new car and I didn’t think it would go through because I had not so great credit but after going back-and-forth a couple times and thinking it wasn’t gonna happen all of a sudden one of the employees came back to me with an amazing offer of small down payment and I walked out of there with my new Honda HRV 2026 top-of-the-line EXL luxury car I cannot believe it. I’m still in shock. I had not had a new car in 20 years and Those wonderful people changed my life and one day. I still can’t believe it. Friendly, helpful people from the start. They reached out, scheduled a test drive quickly and I wound up buying the car. The experience felt mildly 'sales-y' but not nearly what I have felt in the past. They let me know my options, worked to get to the number I was comfortable with and did not try to oversell the options at the end. My only complaint is they could have been the first to point out the minor damages to the windshield but for I noticed them during the test drive but it was clearly in the Carfax report they provided. Overall a good experience.
