Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.

I have had three BMWs, all with great reliability and high satisfaction, but this is my first BMW SUV. After 5 weeks of ownership, my 2024 X3 is on its way to becoming my all-time favorite. The handling is great, the safety features superb, and the comfort and luxury appearance have surpassed my expectations. BMW of Norwood did a great job of taking care of our 2019 X3. Just a typical oil & filter change, plus a new battery. Hard to believe the original battery lasted since 2018 when the car came out of production. Pretty cool, could have gone longer, but figured better safe than sorry.

I worked with the Service Manager, Teresa, and service agent, Jennifer who were both very personable and went above and beyond to attend to my service needs and provide me with a lot of information that helped me make the best decision but working within my budget and even found discounts so that I could get everything that I needed to have done that day. I came in for a notice that My engine oil level was low. My oil had been changed at a non bmw service center the last time, who must not have been aware of the presence of the oil filter cap insert, a unique feature of bmws that is commonly discarded w oil filter changes . But this insert is essential to prevent oil pressure faults and potential engine failure. I was provided excellent service and I will only come to bmw Norwood from now on.
