I LOVE the Grubbs dealership. They always take such good care of my car and make things go smoothly when it's in the shop. I had quite a bit of work done this time and I couldn't be happier with the outcome! Chas Velarde was one of the most outstanding service advisors I have ever worked with. He really listened to my concerns and he has such a wonderful attitude. The entire staff, from the front desk, to the attendants who bring your car to you, are always so nice to deal with. I feel lucky to have bought my car from Grubbs and will always bring my car, that I love, to them for service.

I absolutely love this car. Sleek design, very sharp looking. Drives like a dream. It takes a bit to learn where controls are for dash but, once you got it down, its easy.

Grubbs Acura in Grapevine, Texas, is an excellent dealership to purchase a fabulous Acura. I bought my 2nd Acura from Grubbs. Amira (Liz) Romero was great to work with. I initially walked in late in the evening with no appointment with my 88 y/o Mom who I wanted to make sure she could get in and out of the MDX I had my eye on. Liz was kind enough to bring the MDX next to our car to see if Mom could get in and out with her walker. Liz was patient and friendly with my Mom and knew it was important to me to have her comfortable and safe. I made an appointment for the next day to properly test-drive various MDXs. Liz listened to my preferences and concerns then remembered a specific MDX they had on the lot, so she brought it over for me to see. She warned me as she wasn't sure if I'd like the interior color...I took one look and said “I love it” - Red Italian leather! The 3rd MDX we test drove was the charm! Next, I talked to the finance manager, Mandy Matanga. Mandy was friendly and fantastic to work with as she gave me the best deal to fit my budget. I've had the 2025 X3 30 now for 5 months and it is great! It replaces our 2022 X3 that was recently totaled and both passenger walked away with just bruises so it is a safe car! This is one reason I purchased another X3. Big difference on the interior panel than the 2022 as everything has gone to touch screen for all controls which I not real fond about, even the owners manual is on the touchscreen software, The twin turbo gives plenty of power and the gas milage has improved from the older model. The gears change smoothly and the ride is also smooth. You now get a spare tire since BMW did away with the run flat tires which I hated as they did not wear great. The accessories offered in their package covers everything you want in an auto. I don't understand why the rear exhaust are hidden though as I like the chrome exhaust on my old 2022. This year the 3 was redesigned and it is slightly bigger.

For me, shopping for a car is challenging. I've had so many bad experiences with "used car salesman" that I find it difficult to believe or trust anything they say. (beware of Genesis of Mesquite) However, Eunise Medina, Patrick Cahill, Ryan, a BMW Genius, and the staff at BMW of Mckinney, sure made this BMW purchase was a great experience. EVERYBODY was so pleasant, courteous and helpful from the start. They went out of their way to answer questions, showed me printed reports, addressed any concern... I was in their very nice snack area looking for a drink and I muttered out loud, "where's a Coke" and a gent walking by overheard me and said he'd run upstairs to get me one. He was up the stairs and back in seconds with a Coke. I was astounded! The people alone were just great, and the way I was treated so special, it made buying a BMW from this dealership a no brainer. Just bought an Infiniti through Silverstar. Last car I bought there was a Mercedes E350 and its 200,000 miles perfect even now. There were a couple warrant issues since the car has 8000 miles on it. Crest gave me a hard time about some minor warranty issues so my guys at Silverstar Motors are working to fix the issues for me. My wife and I both would recommend them 100%
