His thoughtful approach made buying a car a truly enjoyable experience, and I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone in the market for a vehicle. His expertise and kindness were remarkable, and he took the time to ensure I understood all the features of my BMW. I am grateful for his assistance and would highly recommend his services to everyone. Overall, I would give a five-star review to both Noah and David. Thank you for making my car-buying experience outstanding! Sorry, Nick in Finance, I’m giving you a one star. I walked in there knowing what I wanted to buy, no finance, cash in hand, and I said I didn’t wanna hear the spiel about all the extras and the warranty. And yet you still made me wait for what seems like a half an hour for you to print off the paperwork, then hand write it down on a blank sheet of paper, when the printed one was right behind you. Not a fan of this sales technique to buy “ Add on warranties”. My whole buying experience was great until it came to the financial “upsell” of the deal. For reference, I was paying cash for my 2024 BMW.

Haven?t had the need to buy a car in a while and once my car hit close to 200,000 miles it was time to do the inevitable. Can?t say I was excited to go through the process of buying a new car, but didn?t have a choice. Fortunately I found one that was a couple hours away and contacted the local Hendrick Dealership that was in the same network. To try and make a long story short, Brittany the salesperson was amazing, she went above and beyond to make sure that this was a seamless and enjoyable process. She made the process painless, which is what hope going in it will be, but also went the extra mile to communicate all steps of the process. Being a salesperson I know that this is to be expected, but the amount of personal attention took the feeling of just being another commission to a level of being a valued customer. Thank you Brittany Tim, the manager, couldn?t have been more helpful, not only saying all the right things, but following through on them as well. Thank you Tim In the end the entire team exceeded my expectations.

BMW Columbia is a superior dealership starting with the professionalism and friendliness of the entire staff. They serviced my daughter?s 5 Series on very short notice and provided a complimentary 40-point inspection in addition to the maintenance items. The personal attention, quality workmanship and quick turnaround were very impressive.
