I called Pam Miller to schedule a service appointment. She was very helpful, and made the entire process quick and easy. Upon arrival, Charlie Escobar explained the process, then met and exceeded my expectations. It was a pleasure to work with both Pam & Charlie. I would highly recommend Ingersoll Auto of Danbury!

BMW of DarienReviews
BMW of Darien review
The sales dept at bmw of Darien is great. I have to highly acknowledge Steve Koslowski for his care and kindness when I purchased my car sometime ago. I live in n.j. And the only reason I come to bmw of Darien is because of his great expertise and know I am in good hands. I highly recommend Steve Koslowski to anyone who is in the market for a new vehicle. As for the service dept and service advisors at the Dealership, they are pitiful and arrogant. I would not use them for my future service needs.

VML Motors Quality Pre-OwnedReviews
VML Motors Quality Pre-Owned review
If you're in the market for a reliable BMW, look no further than VML Motors — and ask for Mike. From the very first conversation, we built a great rapport. He was upfront and transparent throughout the entire process, sharing detailed photos and videos of the car before I even set foot on the lot. The whole buying experience was seamless, and I drove the car home almost the same day. During the paperwork, I had the pleasure of meeting Mike's parents — and they were just as wonderful as he is. Two of the most down-to-earth people you'll ever meet. It's easy to see where Mike gets it from. They've raised a truly blessed family, and I wish them nothing but the best and endless prosperity. What really sets Mike apart, though, is what happened after the sale. He stayed in touch, checked in on how the car was doing, and when I mentioned some steering wheel vibration — likely an alignment or tire balance issue — he offered to cover the cost of fixing it without hesitation. That kind of generosity is rare in this industry, and it speaks volumes about his character. Most dealerships move on the moment the deal is signed. Mike genuinely cares about his customers long after the paperwork is done. When I'm ready for my next BMW, I already know exactly where I'm going and who I'm calling.

Glen Cove Volvo Cars review
My wife and I spent about two hours with Dennis Romero earlier this week test driving an XC 60 and reviewing options. Mr. Romero has a wonderfully soft and knowledgeable presentation style. We did not feel pressured at all, which had been a concern going in. My wife has not yet decided whether or not to replace her existing vehicle but if -- or rather when -- we will be going back to Dennis.

I don’t even know where to start, but this dealership and especially Patrick Laroque made my experience feel both luxurious and genuinely welcoming. This isn’t one of those dealerships that tries to push you in just any direction; they truly work for you and do their best to get exactly what you want while staying as close to your budget as possible. I purchased a 2023 BMW X4 and got the exact exterior and interior I wanted, seamlessly and all thanks to Patrick and the amazing team here, just in time for my 30th birthday. I’m incredibly grateful and can’t thank them enough. I’ve been driving my car for three months now and love it more every single day. Thank you again, and God bless you all!

Great service, an honest dealership. Great price and products. Kelly is amazing she made sure we had great experience with every staff member. Worth the 1 hour drive from Long Island.
2024 BMW X3 review
Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.

Rallye BMWReviews
Rallye BMW review
I bought my first BMW in 2014. A new 640XI convertible... I have purchased many new vehicles including 5 Lexus 4LS models and 1 Sports coupe. The BMW was without a doubt the best. Now with regard to customer service as well as service departments (which is almost as important as the car model I select) Rallye BMW was without a doubt the best in both categories. So now that my BMW is eleven years old my wife and I decided it was time to look for a new car. There wasn't much to think about so we returned to my Rallye BMW dealership in Westbury and go for a test drive. Immediately after that test drive we returned to the dealer and negotiated the purchase of a new 2026 8XI convertible. We met with our service advisor, Frank Trotta, who has been taking great care of the 2014 model and gave him the good news: Frank we are buying a new BMW. Mr. Fitzgerald, When you and Mrs. Fitzgerald can come in I will introduce you to my friend Angelo a sales Representative...We met Angelo, another great representative from Rallye BMW and now we are waiting for delivery. I highly recommend If you are looking to buy a new or used BMW you give Rallye BMW, located in Westbury NY a visit.

CarMax Lexington review
Matt and Hunter at Carmax really made this the best experience for me. Matt worked with me through phone and email up until the day I went in. He was very informative and assisted me through the entire process. Hunter was the salesman I worked with when I went in. He was accommodating and polite. I didn't feel the "pressure" of a sales man at all. And he was very professional. I will recommend this dealer to anyone I know looking to buy a vehicle.
2024 BMW X3 review
Our salesman, Jonathan is a true professional. The dealership made this a painful experience. Never going back. The only reason we put up with 2 days of getting jerked around was because they were the nearest dealership that had the vehicle we wanted in stock. We'll never return.

Talked to Stephanie on the phone and through text. She was able to give me all the info I needed and was very friendly. Called a few days later to pay the shipping fee up front to order my new truck.
