Used BMW X3 for sale near Arden, NC

I bought a used VW Golf from here the other day - Oscar Viva was super helpful throughout the whole process. Good communication on the phone prior to meeting in person, very straight forward and not trying to oversell anything. Very positive experience, I will recommend to anyone looking for a used car if they have what you're looking for.

Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.

My experience buying a car from this dealership was great. I started with the intention of just seeing what was available & what it would cost me. I knew I wasn’t buying a new car immediately. My salesperson honored that entirely. There was no hard push or salesmanship. I was shown options & then I left. When I returned a few days later in order to make a purchase everything was carefully explained to me. Again, no hard salesmanship to purchase extras or anything. I’ll buy again from this dealership.

It's all about the B58 in the M40i. I dinged it one star on comfort because this little SUV rides quite "sporty" even in Comfort mode. I absolutely love this about the car, but I could see how some would feel this is too harsh as it is not a luxurious, cushy ride. But tuck this little beast into a fast corner and it's just...wow! This little German SUV is a sleeper. While the X3M is very nice, the M40i is the perfect balance in my opinion. BMW has really stepped up their game in the X3.

STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER! I bought a 2017 BMW X3. They never checked the car! I had problems immediately! I called, emailed & texted... Star Auto Mall would NOT return my calls, texts or emails! I went to BMW dealer, and they found lots of issues! Wires hanging down, tires rubbing, etc. It cost me $480 to fix it! I billed Star Auto Mall, and it looks like they're just chucking me the finger!! AVOID these incompetent thieves! This the third time we have purchased a new Toyota from this dealership. I have to state that our salesman Joseph Britton was exceptional to work with. He helped us through the process of getting our 2026 Highlander. He is extremely caring and goes out of his way to please the customers. He loves what he does and it shows. I would highly recommend him for your next purchase and the dealership and he should get 10 stars instead of the most available at 5 stars. Don’t hesitate in contacting them. Excellent customer service and that is rare these days.

I absolutely love this car. Sleek design, very sharp looking. Drives like a dream. It takes a bit to learn where controls are for dash but, once you got it down, its easy.
