Love it. Car is comfy, quick and the wonderful B58 Twin-Scroll Turbo I6 makes all the right noises! Awesome daily driver. Period! Interior has all of the amenities you could ever ask for. Ride is luxury-oriented but also can grip & RIP through the corners, almost as well as any sports sedan out there pretty much.

The dealership has streamlined their processes from inquiry to delivery, to their credit. The dealership had a couple issues to handle early on, but did so, and it made for a good outcome. I'll add, that I do conclude the leadership and BMW should revert to their prior policy of providing loaners to customers such as me for service appointments.

DRIVEN BENTLEYS 15 YEARS. 2015 GT 14,000 MI. WATER PUMP LEAKED AND FOUND DEFECTIVE. (SHOULD LAST 70-100,000 MI) PEGGY OBTAINED PAYMENT FOR THE DEFECTIVE PART FROM BENTLEY BUT NOT FOR THE INSTALLATION. I HAD TO PAY $2000. WROTE TO BENTLEY CEO WITH NO RESULT. I BELIEVE THAT A "QUALITY LUXURY" COMPANY SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DEFECTIVE PARTS THEY INSTALL. THE MANUFACTURER OF THE DEFECTIVE PART AS WELL. i WILL CONTINUE TO FIGHT FOR THIS PRINCIPLE.

Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.

It's all about the B58 in the M40i. I dinged it one star on comfort because this little SUV rides quite "sporty" even in Comfort mode. I absolutely love this about the car, but I could see how some would feel this is too harsh as it is not a luxurious, cushy ride. But tuck this little beast into a fast corner and it's just...wow! This little German SUV is a sleeper. While the X3M is very nice, the M40i is the perfect balance in my opinion. BMW has really stepped up their game in the X3.

I wish there was an ability to give more than 5 stars. Shawn Biskup and his team in the service department bring new meaning to the term white glove treatment. From the minute you step foot into their department and up to the minute you leave, they keep you informed on your vehicle’s status and truly care about your needs and your happiness. Honestly I trust them so much I would leave my kids there. What a fantastic team over at Lou Bachrodt Chevrolet.

Our salesman, Jonathan is a true professional. The dealership made this a painful experience. Never going back. The only reason we put up with 2 days of getting jerked around was because they were the nearest dealership that had the vehicle we wanted in stock. We'll never return.

I have had three BMWs, all with great reliability and high satisfaction, but this is my first BMW SUV. After 5 weeks of ownership, my 2024 X3 is on its way to becoming my all-time favorite. The handling is great, the safety features superb, and the comfort and luxury appearance have surpassed my expectations. Brought my car in for scheduled service and saw Isai today. Because I have a service plan, this was not a major service point. Isai went over the suggestions and gave me full information on what is needed and why some of the wear and tear may occur. This was not my first time working with him and have had a great experience each time!! We discussed a plan for work, looking at what I could put off versus needed now kind of thing. I am happy recommending others see him and not feel like their being taken advantage of.

I gave the buying process 4 stars because the buying process is never fun or easy, but I would definitely recommend this dealership. My husband had previously visited another south florida Ford dealership and when he told them he was just looking and trying to see if this would be the right vehicle for our daughter, they basically dismissed him and offered minimal help. I came in to AutoNation, alone, to check out the Bronco. Anthony, was assigned to help me. I told him I was just looking and he helped me find the right model for my daughter, test drove the car and told him I?d be in touch should we want to purchase it. He was not pushy AT ALL!! The area was Clean time spent was fine, wish they could accept multiple discounts as well as Veteran discount, and apply senior discounts , along with discount of different services.

I had a wonderful purchasing experience with Edwin Nieves our salesman buying a traded in Lexus. Long story short I called JLR Fort Lauderdale up after a failed purchase at another dealership where they sold the car before I arrived. Edwin picked up the phone at 4 pm and got me the credit application within 5 minutes. Drew even came in on Sunday his day off to complete the transaction with me. They are open on Sundays. The whole purchasing experience was top notch and absolutely speaks to the standard of JLR Fort Lauderdale and how they train their staff. They even detailed the car for us on Sunday before we took it for a final test drive, then sent us home with a full tank of gas. Just like any other place you buy cars try not to buy any of the extended warranties and junk they try to sell you on in the finance office like wheel protection, engine protection on a brand-new car or a car still under factory warranty. I will definitely consider buying here if I need a Land Rover.

This is my 2nd BMW after keeping my previous 528 for over a dozen years ! Still going strong but had to change. After test driving a few, came back to BMW... Its like Apple, once you get an iPhone, it is hard to switch ! Bought a CPO, which gives us more time. Nice car. Good power. Have to constantly check the speedometer to ensure we stay within limits ! So silent and smooth... Love it !
