Wonderful people I didn't see anybody there that wasn't smiling or glad to see you it was my first experience with Bmw in every aspect, first car first visit pull inside the building immediate help and attention felt really special my service manager's name was Joel really nice man I was very well taken care of felt wonderful to give my money to them people the service was perfect my car was fixed ran perfect when I picked it up they knew exactly what to do how to fix it purring like a kitten one of the things I like the most I picked my car up cleaner than I dropped it off and I dropped it off clean there were no greasy fingerprints all over it like a lot of places to do as soon as you go home you have to wash them off good detail job too pricing is real reasonable you get a lot for your money I just wish I would have gotten into a BMW a long time ago the car is wonderful as well as the dealership and the people there

This is my 2nd BMW after keeping my previous 528 for over a dozen years ! Still going strong but had to change. After test driving a few, came back to BMW... Its like Apple, once you get an iPhone, it is hard to switch ! Bought a CPO, which gives us more time. Nice car. Good power. Have to constantly check the speedometer to ensure we stay within limits ! So silent and smooth... Love it !

I found my experience with Acura on Gulf Freeway to be seamless, accommodating and attentive to what I was seeking. There was absolutely no ?sales technique?, just a business transaction between adults. Afterwards they quickly addressed a minor concern very much to my satisfaction. It's all about the B58 in the M40i. I dinged it one star on comfort because this little SUV rides quite "sporty" even in Comfort mode. I absolutely love this about the car, but I could see how some would feel this is too harsh as it is not a luxurious, cushy ride. But tuck this little beast into a fast corner and it's just...wow! This little German SUV is a sleeper. While the X3M is very nice, the M40i is the perfect balance in my opinion. BMW has really stepped up their game in the X3.

This vehicle was very fun to drive, it is comfortable and sporty, and the handling was excellent. Barely any issues, just overall a great driving experience.

Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.

Love it. Car is comfy, quick and the wonderful B58 Twin-Scroll Turbo I6 makes all the right noises! Awesome daily driver. Period! Interior has all of the amenities you could ever ask for. Ride is luxury-oriented but also can grip & RIP through the corners, almost as well as any sports sedan out there pretty much.

From the moment I walked in the door and told him I did not want a car wash because I needed to be at another appointment. I absolutely love this car. Sleek design, very sharp looking. Drives like a dream. It takes a bit to learn where controls are for dash but, once you got it down, its easy.

I've had the 2025 X3 30 now for 5 months and it is great! It replaces our 2022 X3 that was recently totaled and both passenger walked away with just bruises so it is a safe car! This is one reason I purchased another X3. Big difference on the interior panel than the 2022 as everything has gone to touch screen for all controls which I not real fond about, even the owners manual is on the touchscreen software, The twin turbo gives plenty of power and the gas milage has improved from the older model. The gears change smoothly and the ride is also smooth. You now get a spare tire since BMW did away with the run flat tires which I hated as they did not wear great. The accessories offered in their package covers everything you want in an auto. I don't understand why the rear exhaust are hidden though as I like the chrome exhaust on my old 2022. This year the 3 was redesigned and it is slightly bigger.

This was my 1st visit to the Service Dept. & I was so impressed with Maysoon, my advisor. She went out of her way to assist me & to assure that my vehicle was serviced to my satisfaction. Very pleased with all of the attention those on staff afforded me. A great experience.

I cannot believe that BMW put a 4 cylinder with turbo in an X3. It is the single problem I have with my car. otherwise it is perfect. The 6 cylinder in my 2005 was Awesome!!!!! BMW stands for Performance, GIVE IT.

On December 15, 2025 - Received excellent customer service and experiences, dedicated and timely manner in servicing my 2018 Ford Escape by my Doggett Ford Service Advisor, Brandon Bailey. Also, excellent Doggett Ford courtesy valet service in a timely manner by their driver, Carolyn Carranza whom pickup my car from my home at 8:00 am to deliver to the Service Dept. and after the repairs, returned my car back to my home by 3:00 pm.

The main issue I've had with this car is learning its vast number of controls, some of which are in strange places (such as at the end of the directional signal stalk) and are not clearly marked. The gearshift, for example, is counter-intuitive, and is moved backwards to go forwards, and vice versa-unlike most cars, it doesn't really move and fit into a slot for the appropriate gear. For no fathomable reason, the rear view camera stays on when you then drive forward. The warning system, for a car crossing or a person crossing, is unreliable; for example, if you have the car in reverse, the car hasn't moved yet, but a person walks behind the car, the warning signal does not sound--it only sounds if the car is already moving in reverse (if the pedestrian was walking right behind the car, you already hit him or her). There are also other "features" that make no sense. On the other hand, the car is fun to drive, reasonably powerful, attractive (I think--my wife disagrees), comfortable (except that one feels remarkably many bumps in the road), and quiet.

I brought my BMW in for service, and helped out by David G. The entire process was smooth?where he was explained next steps, completion timeline and even Verizon?s payment options. I wholeheartedly recommend Advantage BMW and David Guerrero as your Service Consultant.

I have used the 2019 BMW X3 for over a year now, as my third BMW, the other two being the 3 series sedan, with just one problem; Fuel pump failure, though due to my negligence. I now understand that the BMW cannot be operated without sufficient Fuel.
