Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.

I absolutely love this car. Sleek design, very sharp looking. Drives like a dream. It takes a bit to learn where controls are for dash but, once you got it down, its easy.

STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER! I bought a 2017 BMW X3. They never checked the car! I had problems immediately! I called, emailed & texted... Star Auto Mall would NOT return my calls, texts or emails! I went to BMW dealer, and they found lots of issues! Wires hanging down, tires rubbing, etc. It cost me $480 to fix it! I billed Star Auto Mall, and it looks like they're just chucking me the finger!! AVOID these incompetent thieves! We purchased a used Land Rover from Daniel (Cristea) a few days ago. We live 4hrs away and he and Josh the GM made the entire process painless. Daniel was very accommodating including willing to pick me up from the rental car agency when I returned the vehicle we rented to drive down one-way so we could drive our new one back home. Our salesman, Jonathan is a true professional. The dealership made this a painful experience. Never going back. The only reason we put up with 2 days of getting jerked around was because they were the nearest dealership that had the vehicle we wanted in stock. We'll never return.

This is my 2nd BMW after keeping my previous 528 for over a dozen years ! Still going strong but had to change. After test driving a few, came back to BMW... Its like Apple, once you get an iPhone, it is hard to switch ! Bought a CPO, which gives us more time. Nice car. Good power. Have to constantly check the speedometer to ensure we stay within limits ! So silent and smooth... Love it !

Had a Q5 2023 and 1 month after purchase car was a lemon. Audi Corp USA were of no help and very disappointing but Audi WPB were extremely helpful sorting the issue. They provided a loaner for 3 months while Audi Corp took there time. Finally a deal was sorted for a trade in for All road 2024- Audi WPB went up and beyond to help me out.

The service department at Gunther Volvo in Delray is always excited but my recent service with Michael Glasser was exceptional. Michael was helpful and informative throughout the service from drop off to completion. The dealers service department is important to me in my purchase decision and Michael and the rest of the service team never disappoint.

The main issue I've had with this car is learning its vast number of controls, some of which are in strange places (such as at the end of the directional signal stalk) and are not clearly marked. The gearshift, for example, is counter-intuitive, and is moved backwards to go forwards, and vice versa-unlike most cars, it doesn't really move and fit into a slot for the appropriate gear. For no fathomable reason, the rear view camera stays on when you then drive forward. The warning system, for a car crossing or a person crossing, is unreliable; for example, if you have the car in reverse, the car hasn't moved yet, but a person walks behind the car, the warning signal does not sound--it only sounds if the car is already moving in reverse (if the pedestrian was walking right behind the car, you already hit him or her). There are also other "features" that make no sense. On the other hand, the car is fun to drive, reasonably powerful, attractive (I think--my wife disagrees), comfortable (except that one feels remarkably many bumps in the road), and quiet.

I was very pleased with my Service Advisor Brandon Hall. He was extremely helpful and got me in and out quickly. I will return to see him in the future

This vehicle was very fun to drive, it is comfortable and sporty, and the handling was excellent. Barely any issues, just overall a great driving experience.

I cannot believe that BMW put a 4 cylinder with turbo in an X3. It is the single problem I have with my car. otherwise it is perfect. The 6 cylinder in my 2005 was Awesome!!!!! BMW stands for Performance, GIVE IT.

My wife and I are very pleased with our BMW X3. I am impressed with the performance and the way it handles. I have owned and driven many autos this by far one of the very best.

Found a great deal on an Infiniti G37 but wanted my wife to check it out first. When we went the next day it was gone! While there, however, I learned about their terrific warranty plans so when when we saw the car I really wanted - a Jaguar XK - I didn't hesitate, knowing their warranty would ease any concerns I might have about this expensive-to-repair car. Again, when I went to this same location it had disappeared from their website! A helpful saleswoman told me one of their managers was driving it but it was mine if I wanted it - and I did!

Love the X3! Comfortable and pretty good on gas.., smoot ride and so far been great with commuting. Will most likely purchase the x5 for a little more space for traveling.

Service mgr Andrew was great. He was caring and took care of my needs. I will use him always as my service advisor. He also made sure I Got home from the dealer when I was unable to get a loaner.

I bought my first Rolls Royce from Braman forty years ago. Since them I have bought many sports cars. When I decided to buy another luxury sedan I returned to Braman.
