All of the cars are in pristine condition, so the search for one vehicle could have you challenged in selecting just one. We purchased a 2020 Mercedes-Benz GLE 350 4 Matic that had just been received and had several inquiries already. I did some research before going to UAC and everyone lived up to the reviews that I read. It was great family atmosphere and I felt like I knew them for ages. When I walk in the door with no appointment I was greeted by Baker who was very professional and polite. I informed him about the car that I was interested in and he gave all the details, Carfax information and explained all components from the beginning until I left. Finance went extremely smooth I was in and out. It’s no words that I can explain about Jessica like I said early I felt like I known her for years. She treated me more like friend/family not just like a customer. Jessica was extremely accurate with numbers and we discussed the payment and interest rate that will suit me. I frequently change cars because I love to learn and experience new vehicles. I bought a new 2020 RR Defender and traded it after 5 months for the X5. I wasn't really looking for a new car but fell in love with the X5 while accompanying a friend on a test drive. I really like that it handles like an ultimate driving machine. And the drive characteristics are extremely customizable. It's quiet, quick and comfortable. No squeaks or rattles - the RR had a few. It's a solid German example of automotive excellence.

I was referred to Mike Zeller from a previous customer of his and he did not disappoint! His friendly nature, his laid back approach and his sense of humor made the whole experience 100% worth it. I wasn’t planning on buying same day, but Mike made it so easy that it was silly to not just proceed. I had a very positive experience with my sale’s person Chris and the finance manager Wyatt! They made the whole process smooth and easy. I appreciated their understanding of my wants and didn’t push anything extra on to me. One of the main reasons I chose to purchase form this dealership was their 5 day return policy and the warranty the cars come with. That being said, the car was immaculate and extremely well prepped for sale. My mechanic said it was in almost perfect condition. I look forward to having many years of driving with my purchase!

Love my new car. The price was great and much cheaper than others for the same vehicle. I have been wanting a Jeep for years and so happy I found one that I love. And it’s a 2022. Yay! The process was easy and quick. Farhan was super friendly, very responsive and very patient. I emailed him every few days for 3 weeks while I was making my decision and he always responds quickly and did not rush or pressure me into buying anything. When I finally visited the process was quick, we were in and out within 30 minutes. Which is something that I asked about ahead of time because this location is 2 hours away from me. Worth the drive. Just got my MD state inspection and the vehicle passed and is in great condition. So happy with my purchase.

I am buying a used car after 8 years, and this was great experience. No haggle is what I care. I was not forced to buy GAP insurance or anything else. The only complaint is, the lady taking down payment at the cashier was hesitant to tell me the details of the transactions before making a payment and showing attitude, but everyone else was great. I highly recommend this carmax.
