Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.

Service advisor Christian Salas was helpful and courteous , the facilty is modern. However , it could be more pleasant if the staff in the service department front desk greet and acknowledge their customers. The service director I met was accommodating though. The labor cost of installing a less than $200 part is a bit excessive compared to an independent shop.

I had a pleasant experience with all of the staff at this location especially Eduardo and Gary! Their patience was greatly appreciated and they worked very hard to make it possible to work along with my needs. Their openness and ability to make me feel welcomed made the process stress free. Vincent (Vinnie) Adduci was a great help ordering a new 2026 X7 xDrive40i. I wanted the rear steering for parking maneuverability (2VH--Integral Active Steering) without ordering the V-8 (2VH is standard on the X7 M60i). The BMW national website does not let you add the DHP option (dynamic handling package with 2VH) for the 40i when building a virtual X7. Vinnie knew you could order that option and also double-checked for me. The loyalty, discount, and trade-in value offered were excellent and so he ordered the X7 40i with all the options I wanted, including DHP, and it will be built in a few weeks.
